Shaina is taken aback as she removes the sehra from the groom, only to find Vicky underneath. She demands to know why he is there. Vicky reveals that he was blackmailed into attending, or else he would be sent to jail. This angers Shaina, and she asks how they found Vicky. He explains that his friends Chirag, Geetu, and Shrey helped him. Raj chimes in, saying that you can overcome anything with family by your side. Geetu had Tony investigate the man who paid off the girl and discovered it was Vicky. She then informed Raj of everything that had happened.
The phone was stolen when Shaina was getting ready by Kohu. Kohu said she didn’t love me. You love me, so I want to live with you both. Kohu hugged Poonam and said she was sorry. Poonam said we both love you. Chiragh said let’s go, we don’t have time. They saw Vicky’s video. Raj told them the girl was alive. It was all staged. Vicky texted Vicky from Shaina’s phone to meet her outside.
The girl was Geetu instead of Shaina when Vicky arrived. He tried to run, but Chirag caught him. Vicky said Shaina made me do all this. Poonam told him to go to jail. Geetu said you should do as we say for what you did to me; otherwise, you fooled me. Shaina said you fooled me all. Shrey and Geetu tell Raj about Kohu. He says he doesn’t know how Raj would react. Raj says he will do anything to protect his family and daughter. Before you both are arrested, go now.
Kohu’s actions instill anger in Shaina as she vocalizes her feelings towards Sumitra and Raj. The past is a distant memory, but it seems history is repeating itself. Poonam notices the signs and provokes Shaina to take action, resulting in Sumitra getting shot instead. The scene leaves everyone stunned.
Raj hurries Sumitra to the hospital, where Gururaj inquires about her condition. Raj reassures him that she is doing better now. Gururaj comments that Shaina should have been arrested earlier. Chiragh assures them not to worry and that Sumitra will recover soon. She reminded them that Shaina was currently in jail. Poonam adds that she would have revealed Sumitra’s lies if she were present. However, Gururaj shuts down the conversation, stating they should stop discussing this matter as it is inappropriate while Sumitra is fighting for her life. Poonam apologizes but insists that this is the truth. While defending Sumitra, Gururaj declares that she has always loved Raj more than her other children.
Shrey acknowledges that Papa is correct. While I have always supported you, accusing Maa this way is unjustified. She has a deep love for us, particularly for Raj. Poonam respectfully requests that we listen to her. However, Raj interrupts and asks Poonam to refrain from speaking. Poonam apologizes for causing any harm but points out that a mother’s actions can be hurtful. She pleads with us to trust her, as even Raj knows the reality of the situation. Guruaj intervenes and implores everyone to stop arguing. He reminds us that Sumitra loves Raj and questions why she would want to harm him. Gururaj then turns to Raj and asks if he trusts Poonam over his mother, who has prayed for his well-being daily. In response, Raj suggests that they leave this matter for now.
Gururaj expresses his confusion, asking Poonam why Sumitra would start such a rumor. Poonam tearfully confirms that Raj is not Sumitra’s biological son, and Gururaj questions the validity of this claim. Poonam explains that Sumitra told her the truth and apologizes for being the bearer of bad news. She adds that she, too, was upset upon hearing it. The rest of the family is in disbelief, with Geetu expressing her love for Raj as their brother. Amidst the tears, Raj finds comfort in Gururaj’s embrace and shares a hug with his stepbrother Chiragh. Poonam remains worried about Raj’s well-being throughout this revelation.
Raj says Poonam is distraught. He says, “Don’t worry. I’m with you. We have to go now.” Poonam says she won’t let anyone leave her. He says, “You’ll never leave me.” Raj says, “I’ll always be there.” Raj gets ready. Poonam says she feels the same way she did 18 years ago.
