The episode begins with Lakshmi showing concern over the saree Adit bought for Mangal. She tells Karthik it looks like a cheap replica of what Adit claimed to buy from a premium store in Chandni Chowk. Karthik reassures her, saying similar sarees are widely available and urges her to focus on the wedding instead. He compliments her and says she will look the best. Lakshmi walks away quietly.

Meanwhile, Shanti instructs Soumya to help decorate the house. Irritated, Soumya grudgingly agrees. Shanti tells her to arrange the roses for Mangal and Adit’s wedding and informs her that she’ll be sleeping in the hall with the rest of the family. Later that night, while everyone is asleep, Soumya sneaks out, picks up Mangal’s wedding dress, and takes photos of it. She even remarks that she will erase Adit’s name from Mangal’s life.

Just then, Mangal comes into the hall and sees her bridal outfit lying outside. Confused, she wonders who left it there. Meanwhile, Lakshmi calls Mangal and inquires about Soumya. Mangal replies that Soumya is sleeping in the hall. Adit overhears and wonders why Kusum insisted on keeping Soumya in the house. He then calls Soumya and asks her to come outside. She sneaks out to meet him, where Adit asks her not to stay at the house anymore. Soumya accuses him of wanting her gone just so he can enjoy his wedding. At that moment, Lakshmi arrives. Adit quickly pretends to be on a call with his boss. When Shanti wakes up and questions Soumya’s absence, Soumya lies about going to the bathroom. Adit tells Lakshmi he’s dealing with work calls and deletes the call history from his phone.

The following morning, Mangal gets ready for the big day and performs the morning aarti with her family. Kusum and Shanti shower her with blessings, and Lipika joins in via video call. The family wishes Mangal a happy wedding anniversary. Soumya sarcastically asks to be given aarti too. Just then, a delivery arrives. Soumya claims the parcel is hers. When Shanti asks what’s inside, Soumya says it’s her clothes for the wedding. Shanti demands to see them.

Elsewhere, Adit gets dressed as a groom. Akshar compliments him, saying he looks like a hero. Gayatri asks Lakshmi to tie Adit’s turban. As she does, Adit asks her what she wants as part of the traditional Naig. Lakshmi emotionally says she only wants one thing—his promise to always keep Mangal happy. She asks him to be honest and loyal in this marriage. Adit promises to uphold all seven vows and take care of Mangal forever. Karthik and Akshar share a joyful dance. Meanwhile, Mangal gently teases Kusum, saying there’s no need to show off her dress.
