Mangal inquires of Somiya whether she desires to dance with Ishana, to which Somiya apologizes for not informing her. She explains that since Mangal was in a wheelchair, she wanted to assist Ishana. However, Sudesh points out that Mangal still danced with a bleeding foot. As Adit asks Mangal for a coffee, Akshar mentions playing Ishana’s performance on the TV. Meanwhile, Ishana appears to ignore Somiya.
Somiya apologizes to Adit, who then pushes her. She points to her arm and explains that she fell, causing her absence. Adit responds by pointing out that it wasn’t her foot that was hurt. Despite having a bleeding foot, Mangal still danced with her. Somiya blames Manal for everything and mentions how she sent Lakshmi after her to the temple. Adit defends them, stating that they didn’t know anything about it and tells Somiya to stop blaming them. Somiya then reveals that Lakshmi caused everything and pleads with Adit to do something as she does not want to marry Mayank.
As Mayank and Kusum enter, Mayank calls out for Adit, and Gayatri turns to Karthik to ask where he is. He responds that they are going to Mangal’s house and suggests she have lunch. Turning to Lakshmi, Karthik adds that a surprise for her catches Gayatri’s attention.
Somiya greets Adit with a handshake and compliments his daughter’s star status while Ksuum notices Mangal standing nearby. She expresses relief that he is on his feet, and Sudesh shares how he danced with Ishana and helped her win. Mayank responds with amazement, to which Kusum questions how it all came about. Mangal suggests having breakfast before discussing further plans, but Kusum requests sweets first. She then informs everyone that Shalini and her husband will visit tomorrow to finalize the wedding dates. Adit expresses surprise at the short notice, but Kusum remains calm and says they will make all the arrangements in time.
As Mangal gears up for Janmashtami, Shalini joins him. Adit then reveals that Somiya Kusum has obtained the kundli and is seeking a suitable date for their friend’s wedding. However, upon consulting Pandit Ji and examining the kundlis, it becomes clear that they are incompatible and should not be wed. Despite Mangal’s insistence that Pandit Ji had already matched their kundlis and deemed them appropriate, Pandit Ji stands firm on his previous conclusion based on what is written in the Kundli.
According to Shalini, Somiya and Mayank have mutual feelings. Adit and Somiya acknowledge each other. Shalini suggests finding a suitable date, to which someone responds that there is only one auspicious time next year. Mangal proposes getting them married during Navratri. Additionally, she suggests seeking guidance from their guru ji, by taking their birth charts. Right, Mayank? He agrees in affirmation.
Kusum agrees, “Call him immediately.” The pandit becomes frantic, “I can perform the ceremony on the 29th.” Somiya responds, “I am not able to handle this wedding.” Kusum asks, “What do you mean?” Somiya clarifies, “I cannot prepare in such a short time.” Her father assures her, “We will take care of everything.” Mangal says, “We can prepare in just 2 days.” Shalini reassures them all by saying, “Yes, there’s no need to worry.”
Kusum and Shalini exchange congratulations, while Mayank suggests taking Somiya for jewellery. However, Kusum reminds him that Mangal will handle the jewellery and suggests he focuses on clothes instead. Adit then offers to accompany Mangal, to which he responds by saying, “Let’s go.”
A man contacts Gayatri, relaying that he has successfully secured the deal for the farmhouse that Karthik and his wife were interested in. Upon hearing this, Gayatri becomes upset, assuming that Karthik and Lakshmi will move into the farmhouse.
Accompanied by Adit, Mangal visits a jewellery store and selects some pieces. While they are there, Somiya calls him and questions, “Are you purchasing items for our wedding?” He responds, “I have a surprise in store that will halt our wedding plans.”
A customer claims to have lost her diamond earring in the shop. The shopkeeper suggests it may be in someone’s bag. Mangal asserts that it must still be somewhere in the shop. Somiya turns to Adit and asks what happened. He admits to placing an earring in Mangal’s bag, which could lead to her arrest and halt the upcoming wedding. Somiya questions if this is going too far, but Adit believes justice should be served. Eventually, a man discovers the earrings inside Mangal’s bag. However, she denies stealing them and becomes the target of the customer’s anger. Adit remarks that this mistake will result in Mangal facing the consequences and ultimately stopping the wedding plans.
