Mangal Lakshmi 25th November 2024 Written Episode begins with Adit angrily confronting Mangal. He asks why she interfered in his work. Mangal calmly replies that it was his mistake and she only tried to fix it. She reminds him that he was about to lose an important client, so she stepped in to help. Adit snaps back, accusing her of trying to do his job and insulting him in front of his colleagues. He claims he is the best employee in his company and doesn’t need her help. He yells, asking why she came to his office in the first place, accusing her of selling lunchboxes just to humiliate him.
Kusum intervenes, asking Adit to stop. But Adit continues, saying Kusum always takes Mangal’s side and that he is tired of being painted as the villain. Soumya adds fuel to the fire, taunting Mangal for causing unnecessary drama. Adit furiously waves his degrees in front of Mangal, boasting about being a college topper and belittling her for being only a ninth-grade pass.
Mangal firmly replies that he has said the same thing for the last fifteen years and it’s time for something new. Adit, stunned by her courage, asks if she’s joking. Mangal replies that their marriage itself has been a joke for years because of his arrogance. Soumya provokes Adit, calling Mangal overconfident. Mangal leaves but quickly returns, declaring that she is not a coward. She says cowards are those who lie and betray, not the ones who stand up for themselves.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi asks Karthik if he’s okay. He tells her not to worry and says they can go home together after his work. Jiya pretends to need help and hugs Karthik tightly, making Lakshmi uncomfortable. Lakshmi quietly decides to leave, but Jiya manipulates the situation, asking Karthik to take her to the car.
Back at home, Adit mocks Mangal again, calling her efforts a drama. Mangal ends the argument by handing Kusum her old mark sheets. She reminds Adit that he called her uneducated without ever checking her records. She reveals that she scored 100 out of 100 in mathematics, even two marks higher than him. Adit scoffs, saying that was just ninth grade. Mangal replies that at that time, she was ahead of him in every subject and was a school topper.
She explains that her parents married her off young, so she never got a chance to study further. Mangal emotionally says that if she had been given the same opportunities, she would have been as successful as him. She spent her life in the kitchen, but now destiny has finally given her a chance—and she will not waste it. She proudly declares that she will take the new job she’s been offered and prove her talent. Kusum warns Adit that he will soon pay for his arrogance.
On the other hand, Lakshmi walks home but realizes she forgot her phone at the film set. She returns just as the elevator carrying Karthik and Jiya gets stuck. Jiya panics and clings to Karthik, pretending to faint. Karthik desperately calls for help. When the lift doors open, both of them are unconscious. People gossip, accusing Karthik of being involved with Jiya despite being married. Karthik rushes Jiya to the hospital, unaware of the growing rumors.
Later, Mangal sits alone, recalling Adit’s harsh words. She wipes her tears and vows never to be weak again. She promises to face every challenge that comes her way. As dawn approaches, she tells herself that tomorrow’s sunrise will mark a new beginning.
At the same time, Lakshmi breaks down, crying over what she saw and unable to talk to her sister. Mangal looks at Lakshmi’s photo and wonders how she would react to the news of her new job. She imagines Lakshmi telling her to be strong. Mangal calls Eisha and confirms that she’s ready to join. Eisha congratulates her warmly and welcomes her onboard, marking the start of Mangal’s new journey.
