Gayatri responds that Karthik has a viral infection, so Lakshmi slept elsewhere. Sanjana contradicts her, saying she just saw Karthik and he seemed perfectly fine. Gayatri asks Lakshmi to return to her room. Sanjana accuses Gayatri of scheming to keep Karthik and Lakshmi apart. Lakshmi overhears the conversation.

Meanwhile, Somiya starts cooking but quickly realizes she cannot manage meals for seven people. Instead, she secretly orders food from outside and instructs the delivery person to hand over the food discreetly through the back window. While pretending to cook, she takes selfies and sends one to Adit, who smiles at his phone. Ishana tries to peek but Adit scolds her, warning her never to touch his phone again. Sudesh questions his reaction, but Adit says it’s about basic manners.

Mangal enters and points out that the dough has too much water. At that moment, the delivery person arrives. Somiya tries to shoo him away quickly, afraid Mangal will notice. Mangal insists on checking what’s going on, but Kusum intervenes. Somiya complains that she’s distracted, and Adit tells everyone to let her focus on cooking. Kusum gently encourages Mangal to rest. Somiya collects the ordered food and pays the rider, but unknowingly drops the bill.

Later, Lakshmi approaches Karthik, who coldly ignores her. When Lakshmi asks why, he brings up the note she supposedly wrote. Before the conversation continues, they hear Gayatri scream in pain due to a sprain. Lakshmi rushes to apply medicine, while Gayatri insists Karthik go for his recording, assuring him she’s in good hands with Lakshmi.

At home, Ishana suggests ordering food, but Mangal worries about her allergies. Akshar says he prefers Mangal’s food. Mangal reminds them Somiya is cooking just for today. Ishana then questions why Somiya hasn’t gone back to her own house. Mangal tries to call Shalini but her husband answers and rudely tells her not to call again.

Somiya mentions making khichdi for Sudesh, and Kusum is surprised at her culinary skills. Mangal appreciates her learning through experience. That night, Ishana suffers an allergic reaction and screams. Kusum asks if she ate outside food, but Ishana says she was home all day. Somiya quickly offers to make a phone call, but Mangal stops her. Mangal reveals that Somiya did not cook the meal—the entire spread was ordered from outside. Everyone is stunned.
