The episode begins with the contestants asking Mangal if she is feeling better after her eye injury. Mangal assures them she is fine and that Kusum took great care of her. Bhabhi Ji praises Mangal’s strength and tells everyone to take their positions because a celebrity chef will judge the Pehla Swad final round. Excitement spreads through the room.
To irritate Mangal, Sowmya begins talking loudly about “near and dear ones” attending the next day’s event. She proudly claims that her husband, who is the marketing head of an MNC, will come to meet Bhabhi Ji. She adds that even though he has such a big job, he always finds time for her. She again taunts Mangal, saying everyone’s husband will be present except hers. Mangal calmly tells her to focus on the competition rather than people’s personal lives. Sowmya smirks confidently.
Later, Sowmya returns home and asks Adit to choose which dress she should wear the next day. Adit picks one but asks why she needs it. Sowmya tells him that he must accompany her to the competition because she has already told Bhabhi Ji that he would come. Adit becomes nervous and accidentally spills water on his laptop. Mangal rushes to help and asks if he is alright. After she leaves, Adit tells Sowmya he has an important meeting and cannot come. Sowmya refuses to listen and forces him to agree.
Meanwhile, Neil complains that he cannot study anymore. Mangal tells him he must finish the chapter before sleeping. She then approaches Kusum and lovingly asks if she can come with her tomorrow as Bhabhi Ji asked contestants to bring “near ones.” Kusum quietly walks away without replying, and Mangal assumes she is still upset with her.
The next day, the contestants ask Sowmya where her husband is. Sowmya tries to maintain her image, saying he is busy but will reach soon. Rithu requests Sowmya to ask him for a job for her brother, and Sowmya confidently agrees. She calls Adit again. Adit, who is actually right there working for Bhabhi Ji while wearing a mask, declines and says he will be late. Sowmya hides her disappointment.
Adit keeps disconnecting Sowmya’s calls, and she becomes furious. She angrily says her husband is not someone’s P.A. to be so busy. Ironically, at that exact moment, an organiser bumps into Adit and his mask falls. Adit panics, trying to escape unseen.
But it’s too late. Sowmya sees him. She walks toward him, smiling, thinking he came to surprise her. Before Adit can react, a member of the organising team approaches and tells him to quickly give Bhabhi Ji her laptop or they will get scolded. Everything freezes for Sowmya. She finally hears the truth. Adit is not a marketing head—he is Bhabhi Ji’s P.A. Her world collapses in seconds.
Meanwhile, Mangal calls her sister Shanti and asks if she is coming, but Shanti says their father is unwell. Mangal asks her to stay with him. The contestants then call Mangal to join them for the round.
Inside, Bhabhi Ji angrily scolds Adit and asks him to leave. Sowmya sees the public humiliation and storms outside, confronting him. She demands to know why he lied to her and hid his job from her all this time.
Adit stands speechless as the truth finally comes out.
