Mangal Lakshmi 9th October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Mangal sitting beside Lakshmi, begging her to open her eyes. She reminds her about the birthday celebrations and pleads with Karthik and Adit to call out to her. Mangal says if Lakshmi doesn’t talk to her, she won’t talk either. Suddenly, Lakshmi coughs and regains consciousness.

Overjoyed, Mangal and Karthik thank God. Lakshmi weakly calls out to her sister. Mangal asks what she is trying to say, but the doctor interrupts and warns against giving her stress. Lakshmi tries to point towards Adit, remembering the divorce papers, but she is too weak to speak. Mangal is left puzzled about what Lakshmi wanted to reveal.

Meanwhile, Soumya sneaks into the hospital to meet Adit. Irritated, Adit scolds her for being reckless. He warns that if anyone sees her, he will be ruined. Soumya insists she isn’t scared anymore and reveals she has already fixed their wedding date. Mangal unknowingly spots them talking through a reflection and is shocked. She confronts Adit, asking why Soumya, who once sent him to jail, was there. Adit brushes it off, claiming it was just a formality and she was merely asking about his well-being. Though unconvinced, Mangal stays quiet.

Soon after, the doctor discharges Lakshmi, instructing the family to provide her a good diet and physiotherapy. Karthik takes responsibility for her care, assuring everyone that he will personally look after her. Mangal is relieved and emotional, while Lakshmi silently worries about how to reveal the truth about Adit and the divorce papers.

Back at home, Karthik lovingly feeds Lakshmi while Gayatri fusses over both of them. She urges Lakshmi to recover quickly so that Karthik can focus on his own life again. Lakshmi, however, silently prays for the strength to tell Mangal everything.

On the other hand, Adit continues his secret meetings with Soumya. She calls him and asks him to come to her house wearing purple, calling it a “special day.” Adit, hiding his excitement, asks Mangal to bring him his purple shirt, giving an excuse about office fashion. Mangal grows suspicious of his odd behavior.

The episode ends with Lakshmi attempting to get up to reveal the truth, but she falls from her bed. Mangal rushes to her side in shock.
