Mannat 19th August 2025 Written Episode begins with Mannat reflecting deeply on the case that has turned her world upside down. Vikrant joins her and assures that no matter how tough things get, they will face it together. Later, while Mannat removes the Janmashtami decorations, Vikrant steps in to help her. Their quiet moment doesn’t go unnoticed—Neetu and Kiran watch from a distance, their expressions filled with disapproval.
Unable to contain her frustration, Neetu lashes out, calling Mannat a symbol of sin and blaming her for every misfortune that has befallen the family. Kiran, too, voices her disappointment. Though Vikrant tries to defend Mannat, she stops him mid-sentence and walks away silently, choosing dignity over confrontation.
Vikrant, however, refuses to stay quiet. He turns to Neetu and asks bitterly, “Would you treat me the same way if I had been born somewhere else?” His voice trembles with emotion as he continues, “My mother taught me to always stand by what’s right. And right now, Mannat is right.” His words echo through the hall, leaving Neetu heartbroken and speechless. He then promises that he will stand by Mannat for life, no matter what anyone says.
Later, in the storeroom, Vikrant finds Mannat alone, her eyes wet from humiliation. He softly says, “You don’t have to face this alone. I’m with you.” Mannat looks away, saying she is used to being insulted. “But your presence,” she admits quietly, “gives me strength.” Vikrant then presses her to reveal why she keeps distancing herself from him. “Is it because of Mallika?” he asks.
Vikrant clarifies firmly, “I’m not leaving Mallika because of you. I’m leaving her because of her lies and cruelty.” Taking her hand, he finally confesses, “I love you, Mannat.” Shocked and emotional, Mannat tries to stop him, but Vikrant goes further—he threatens to jump off the terrace unless she admits her feelings. Mannat panics, pleading with him to stop such madness. Smiling through her worry, Vikrant takes out a necklace and says, “If you truly care for me, wear this.” Flustered and blushing, Mannat hesitates before finally accepting the necklace.
From a distance, Mallika witnesses the entire moment, her eyes burning with jealousy. Aishwarya quickly pulls her away, trying to prevent her from reacting. But Mallika, trembling with rage, shoves her hand off. “You’re defending Mannat again!” she accuses. “You want me silent while she steals everything from me!”
Aishwarya tries reasoning with her. “Mannat never exposed you, Mallika,” she reminds her sharply. “Even after you sent goons to attack her, she stayed quiet—for your sake, and for your mother’s.” But Mallika, consumed by hatred, refuses to listen. Her anger twists into obsession. “I don’t need your pity or Mannat’s forgiveness,” she snarls. Her gaze lands on her half-burnt wedding dupatta, lying in the corner—a painful reminder of what she’s lost. Clutching it tightly, she vows that Vikrant will pay with his life.
Meanwhile, Mannat sits in her room, torn apart by guilt and love. The truth weighs heavily on her heart—Vikrant is Mallika’s husband, and Mallika is her own sister. Shruthi enters and notices Mannat lost in thought, her fingers nervously tracing the necklace around her neck. “Someone’s in love,” Shruthi teases gently. Mannat blushes but doesn’t deny it. Shruthi smiles and says, “You’ve suffered enough, Mannat. Maybe it’s time you listen to your heart. Vikrant has chosen you over Mallika again and again. That means something.”
But Mannat’s heart remains conflicted. Her mind warns her of betrayal, while her heart whispers of love. As Shruthi leaves, Mannat gazes at the necklace—Vikrant’s token of affection—while Mallika, elsewhere, stares at a knife, her face twisted with hatred. One woman’s heart beats with love; the other’s burns with revenge.
Precap:
Mallika disguises herself and sneaks into Vikrant’s room with a knife, determined to kill him. Meanwhile, Mannat senses danger and runs toward him, unaware that Mallika is seconds away from striking.
