The episode begins with Mannat desperately searching for Neetu and asking everyone if they have seen her. Ronnie is equally tense and deeply worried about Neetu’s sudden disappearance. Mallika reveals that Neetu was extremely upset when she last saw her walking out of the house and believes she must have gone out to find Vikrant.
At the hospital, Vikrant anxiously waits as Vishakha fights for her life. A constable recognises Vishakha and quickly contacts Dhairya to inform him about the accident.
Dhairya receives the call and is shocked. He decides not to tell the family immediately to avoid adding stress. He heads straight to the hospital. Doctors inform Vikrant that Vishakha is now stable. Dhairya arrives and questions the constable about how the accident happened. Hearing the conversation, Vikrant steps in and says he witnessed it.
Dhairya asks Vikrant if he saw anything any face, number plate or detail. An emotional Vikrant takes Neetu’s name and accuses her of committing the accident. Dhairya is stunned by this revelation.
Back at home, Neetu returns completely shattered. She cries that Vikrant has left her again. Ronnie and Keertha try to console her while Mannat grows increasingly worried. Mannat asks Shruti to keep an eye on the matron while she stays with Neetu.
Neetu locks herself in her room. Mannat attempts to open the door, fearing for Neetu’s mental state. At the hospital, Vikrant brings up their childhood trauma. He asks Dhairya if he remembers the accident that destroyed their family years ago. Dhairya says he remembers everything, including how he tried to save Vikrant. Vikrant then asks him to name the culprit. Dhairya softly says Neetu. Vikrant lashes out, saying Neetu has made the same mistake again by causing Vishakha’s accident. Dhairya is shocked by Vikrant’s anger.
Inside her locked room, Neetu breaks down completely and attempts to hang herself. Mannat, Ronnie and Gagan beg her to open the door. Neetu cries that she has lost her son again, that Vikrant has left her, and she has nothing left to live for.
At the hospital, Vikrant hands Neetu’s dupatta to Dhairya, insisting she is responsible for the accident and telling him not to trust her. At that moment, Mannat calls Dhairya and informs him Neetu is trying to harm herself. She pleads with him to talk to her immediately.
Dhairya speaks to Neetu through the door. He tells her that Vikrant is with him and still loves her. He says he scolded Vikrant for leaving her alone. He promises Neetu that Vikrant will not abandon her. His emotional words reach her and she gives up her suicide attempt. Mannat thanks Dhairya for saving Neetu’s life. Dhairya tells Mannat that even if Vikrant does not believe Neetu, he trusts that Neetu is not wrong.
Neetu breaks down completely as Ronnie consoles her. Mannat and Ronnie hold her and try to calm her.
Vishakha regains consciousness and Vikrant becomes emotional again. Dhairya, however, starts noticing inconsistencies in Vishakha’s behaviour and begins doubting her intentions. Mannat calls Dhairya and asks if she can talk to Vikrant. Dhairya tells her it is not the right time. She also asks if he informed Vikrant about the matron. Dhairya says he will bring Vikrant home first and then they can reveal everything together. He asks Mannat when Neetu returned and Mannat says Neetu came back heartbroken after failing to find Vikrant.
Meanwhile, Vishakha begins her emotional drama. She says she made a mistake returning to Vikrant’s life and now even Dhairya does not trust her. She claims she should leave. Vikrant quickly tells her he will not let her go anywhere.
Mallika informs Aishwarya that Mannat has found new evidence through the matron. Aishwarya confidently says Vikrant will not believe anyone now because he thinks he saw everything with his own eyes.
