Mannat 27th January 2025 Written Update begins with Vikrant scolding Mannat for not keeping her word. He tells her that commitment is everything in the restaurant business. A customer should never hear “no” when ordering from the menu, as customer satisfaction is his top priority. He points out that Mannat failed to meet her commitment. Mannat pleads for another chance and promises not to leave until her task is done. Vikrant reminds her that only twenty minutes are left to prepare and serve the desserts.
Mannat realises she does not have blueberries for the dish and decides to substitute strawberries. She quickly gets to work. Meanwhile, Aishwarya praises Neetu’s hairstyle, and Neetu thanks her. Aishwarya remarks that Mallika arranged a wonderful welcome dinner, but Neetu teases her, saying nothing is actually on the table. Vikrant assures everyone that his head chef will handle the food if needed. Mallika confidently says everything is ready, while Mannat focuses on her soup presentation.
When questioned about why presentation matters, Mannat explains that food must first delight the eyes before pleasing the taste buds. The soup is served, and everyone enjoys its aroma. Mallika praises the presentation and says the taste will surely impress them. Neetu comments that Mannat is like her mother, proud of her own work, but after tasting the soup, she admits it is delicious. The guests enjoy it, leaving Mannat relieved.
The main course follows, and once again, everyone appreciates the flavours. Mallika praises Mannat’s skills, but Vikrant reminds her that the final test—the desserts—remains. Harneet warns Mannat not to reveal she is the one cooking and replaces her in serving, but Shruthi suddenly feels dizzy, forcing the staff to step in. Puneet, tasting the dishes, is astonished at the magical touch behind the food.
Mallika tells the guests that the chef deserves a place in their restaurant. Vikrant, still serious, signals Mannat to bring out the desserts. Despite feeling tired and burning her hand in the rush, Mannat manages to complete them. Neetu says she had been craving such tasty food since London, while her husband praises the dishes. Aishwarya compliments Mallika for finding such talent.
Finally, the desserts arrive, and everyone agrees they are exceptional. Mallika proudly reveals Mannat as the chef, leaving Aishwarya and Puneet shocked to see her there. Neetu even gives Mannat a shagun amount in appreciation. Grateful, Mannat shares her feelings and asks for a chance to prove herself further.
