Mannat 28th January 2025 Written Update begins with Mannat requesting Aishwarya to give her a chance. She explains that she needs the job to fulfil her dreams. Aishwarya, though hesitant, realises that Mannat has impressed everyone with her cooking skills. If she refuses her, Neeti might take a decision against her, which could also affect Mallika’s life.
Shruthi, meanwhile, overhears Aishwarya’s voice and feels it sounds familiar to Sonia. Aishwarya tells Mannat that Mallika’s choice was right and admits Mannat is indeed talented. She stresses that she can do anything for her daughter, and this time, it’s only about giving a deserving girl a job. Shruthi is shocked to see Sonia there. Mallika thanks Aishwarya, who finally agrees to hire Mannat. Relieved, Mannat thinks about how she can now take care of her mother’s treatment expenses.
Vikrant asks Puneet why he initially rejected Mannat during the selection round despite praising her food. Puneet recalls that Aishwarya had influenced him to reject her, citing her poor background. Aishwarya fears he might expose her and quickly covers up by saying it was a misunderstanding. She adds that today Mannat has truly proved her talent. Mannat assures her that she will never break her trust, stating proudly that as a middle-class girl, she will never go back on her word.
When Kiran hints that Aishwarya herself wasn’t always rich, Aishwarya cuts her off and changes the topic. She asks Mannat to respond to the official email. At that moment, Shruthi nervously drops a plate, and Mannat helps her clean it up.
Later, Mannat shares her joy with her mother, while Shruthi hides her fears. Harneet consoles Mannat, promising to take care of Shruthi and advising her to rest. Meanwhile, Rona tells Aishwarya that he is scared of her anger and compares her to Mannat. He says Mannat relies on hard work for success, whereas Aishwarya tries to snatch success through shortcuts. He humiliates her by pointing out that Mannat has changed his opinion about middle-class people. Angered, Aishwarya breaks her ring with a hammer.
At the restaurant, Mannat struggles with chores because of her burnt hand. Vikrant helps her, and she thanks him for giving her the opportunity to prove herself. Mallika congratulates Mannat and asks her to check her email. Excited, Mannat sees her appointment letter and thanks them for believing in her. When she addresses him as Salooja, Vikrant insists she call him by his first name. Mannat then recalls how a stranger once motivated her when she was heartbroken. She thanks him, and Vikrant is stunned to realise that she was that same girl.
Meanwhile, Shruthi falls sick from the stress. The doctor advises immediate surgery, and Mannat promises to arrange the money through her new job. At the same time, Neetu complains about Aishwarya to her husband but praises Mannat’s skills. Later, Shruthi, still tense, asks Mannat to quit her job.
