Mannat 31st January 2025 Written Update begins with Shruti asking Mannat what happened to her and whether someone said anything to upset her. She urges Mannat to share her feelings openly. Mannat hides her pain and lies that she only had ice cream, which made her voice sound unpleasant. Shruti warns her to avoid ice cream in such weather, as it is not good for her health. She again encourages her to confide in her, but Mannat disconnects the call.

Meanwhile, Vikrant is speaking with his assistant, offering advice. Mannat overhears the conversation and feels motivated. She decides to focus on her work and not look down on any task. Puneet informs Aishwarya that he gave Mannat a reality check, leaving her in tears and making sure she would not return to work. Aishwarya is pleased to hear this, but to their surprise, Mannat comes back and starts cleaning.

Mannat tells Puneet that since it is a kitchen, her goal is to serve food to the customers. She will do whatever it takes, whether it is cooking or cleaning, to ensure their satisfaction. Puneet grows frustrated, while Aishwarya realises Mannat is extremely stubborn. She compares Mannat’s determination to her own past, remembering how she changed her identity, became Aishwarya Rai, and even killed her newborn baby to achieve her goals. She vows not to let Mannat take Mallika’s place and decides she will not spare her.

Kiran confronts Aishwarya, asking if she has not ruined enough lives already and who will be her next target. Aishwarya angrily asks her to leave, warning that she is not in the mood. Kiran is surprised that Aishwarya praised Mannat earlier, something that rarely happens, but Aishwarya makes it clear that Mannat will pay for it.

Later, after finishing her work, Mannat prepares to leave. Puneet deliberately ruins the kitchen again and demands that she clean it once more. Mannat, frustrated, tells him to go home and rest, assuring him she will handle the mess. Overwhelmed, she shouts in anger. Vikrant hears the noise and comes to check. Heartbroken, Mannat cries. He offers to help, but she mistakes him for Puneet and initially refuses. Holding a pan to defend herself, she realises it is Vikrant and stops. She sprains her leg and steps on his foot by accident. He supports her, and they sit together.

Vikrant asks if she has always been so short-tempered, but she denies it. She explains what happened, and he advises her never to look down on any work. He then helps her clean the kitchen.

Elsewhere, Puneet scolds a servant, and Aishwarya learns from him that Mannat is alone with Vikrant. Enraged, she rushes to the restaurant. When she arrives, she sees Vikrant teaching a recipe to Mannat. Furious, Aishwarya decides it is time to kick Mannat out of the kitchen.
