Mannat 3rd February 2025 Written Update begins with Aishwarya scolding her assistant for being late and ordering her to buy alcohol from the local market. At the same time, Shruthi asks Mannat how her day at the restaurant went. Mannat hides the truth and lies that it was good. Shruthi wonders if Aishwarya spoke to her, but Mannat says she did not come to the restaurant that day. Mannat then adds that Aishwarya has been praising her often, which irritates Shruthi.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya’s assistant collides with a drunkard who creates a scene. Aishwarya angrily breaks a bottle on his head and warns him. Shocked, her assistant thinks Aishwarya fights like a rowdy. Aishwarya demands that she never reveal the incident to anyone. She privately thinks about using the alcohol to welcome the special guest who is coming to issue the food certificate for her restaurant.
Later, Shruthi continues inquiring about Aishwarya. Mannat shares whatever she knows and adds that the next day is important for her and Mezbani. She tells Shruthi she plans to get up early and asks her to wake her in the morning. Shruthi does not respond.
The next day, Vikrant checks the arrangements for the inspection and feels nervous. Mannat brings him coffee to boost his confidence and motivates him. He thanks her warmly. Puneet notices that Mannat is missing, assuming she is late. But soon Mannat arrives and explains that she had actually reached before everyone else, completed all the dishes listed in the menu, and even prepared ahead of time. She tells him this is not just a pastime for her but her dream.
At home, Shruthi tells Harneet that Mannat is chasing her dream and is happy, but she worries about her safety because Aishwarya is dangerous and will go to any extent to harm her if the truth comes out. She prays for her daughter’s protection.
At the restaurant, Aishwarya’s assistant delivers spiked coffee to the chefs, saying it is a special treat from her. Mannat hesitates as she notices a strange smell, but Aishwarya insists she drink it, claiming it is her favourite brand and a rare chance to taste it. Mannat reluctantly drinks while Aishwarya pressures her.
Aishwarya then tells Puneet that since the inspector is a woman, Mannat should handle everything as the face of the restaurant. Puneet dislikes the idea but informs Mannat, who agrees. Secretly, Aishwarya orders her assistant to follow her rules, declaring that Mannat will be the reason Vikrant fails today. She plans to ruin Vikrant’s dream of getting the certificate and force him to leave for London with her.
As the inspector arrives, Aishwarya brags about herself and the interiors of the restaurant. The inspector dislikes her arrogance and the way she insults India. Meanwhile, Mannat begins to feel dizzy from the spiked coffee. Vikrant senses something strange, but Aishwarya’s assistant blocks his view of Mannat.
