The episode begins with Arohi racing against time to reach the jail after learning about a possible threat to Abhishek’s life. Her cab breaks down midway, forcing her to run through the crowded streets of Indore. Meanwhile, inside the jail, Abhishek senses something suspicious as his new cellmate, Sagar, tries to be overly friendly.
At the Dewan mansion, Sarojini continues the puja and tells the family that this ritual will “free them from all sins.” Her strange tone unsettles Hema, who notices Sarojini chanting Rudra Dewan’s name repeatedly. Bua and Kailash exchange uneasy glances. Malini asks about Arohi’s absence, but Sarojini coldly replies that Arohi’s fate will be decided by the end of the day.
Inside the prison, Sagar pretends to share food with Abhishek but secretly mixes a white powder into his meal. Abhishek is about to take a bite when he notices the reflection of Sagar’s knife in the steel plate. Acting quickly, he flips the plate and grabs Sagar’s arm. A fight breaks out between the two men, drawing the guards’ attention. Sagar attacks again, but Abhishek manages to push him back. The guards arrive just in time to separate them.
Moments later, Arohi bursts into the jail, demanding to meet Abhishek. When the jailer refuses, she plays the voice recording she had secretly received from her contact in the ministry, exposing that a planned attack was set up inside the prison. Realising the severity of the situation, the jailer allows her to see Abhishek.
Arohi runs to Abhishek’s cell and is relieved to see him alive. Abhishek tells her how someone tried to poison and stab him. Arohi promises she will not rest until she uncovers who planned this attack. She hands the jailer Sagar’s phone, which she secretly snatched during the chaos. When opened, it shows messages from an unknown number giving orders to “end the work today.”
Back at the Dewan mansion, Sarojini senses that her plan has failed. She excuses herself from the puja and locks herself in her room, smashing a mirror in frustration. She mutters that as long as Arohi is alive, the Dewan family will never fall under her control.
Meanwhile, Bhoomi returns home and comforts Suman, who had been anxiously waiting for news. Arohi calls and tells her everything. The family is shocked, especially Kailash, who realises someone within the household is orchestrating the chaos.
The episode ends with Arohi vowing to expose the person behind Abhishek’s attempted murder, unaware that Sarojini is already plotting her next move with a mysterious ally.
