The episode begins right where it left off. The hospital corridor lights flicker as the masked man quietly enters Arohi’s room. Bhoomi, returning from the police station, senses something wrong when she hears faint footsteps near the ICU. She rushes toward the room and freezes as she spots the masked man leaning over Arohi’s bed, holding a syringe. Bhoomi shouts his name, and the man turns, startled. He drops the syringe and runs.

Bhoomi chases him through the hospital corridors. Nurses scream as the man shoves a stretcher aside and pushes open the fire exit door. Bhoomi follows him into the parking lot, where the rain begins to pour heavily. The masked man jumps over a barricade, but Bhoomi grabs his jacket, pulling him back. They struggle fiercely, and in the process, his mask falls to the ground. Bhoomi stands shocked — it is none other than Akhil, her own brother-in-law.

Akhil, trembling, pleads with her to let him go. Bhoomi demands answers, asking how he could betray the family. Akhil confesses that Sarojini blackmailed him into helping her, threatening to expose his past addiction and ruin his career. He admits he tampered with Arohi’s medicine and deleted the video from her phone under Sarojini’s orders. Bhoomi, furious yet heartbroken, slaps him and drags him back inside the hospital to the police.

Sarojini receives a call from Akhil’s number but hears Bhoomi’s voice instead. Bhoomi tells her that Akhil has confessed everything and that now there’s no escape. Sarojini throws her phone in anger and vows that Bhoomi will pay for humiliating her.

Inside the hospital, the inspector takes Akhil into custody. Suman arrives, devastated to learn that Akhil was working with Sarojini. She collapses into Bhoomi’s arms, crying that their family is falling apart. Bhoomi promises her that justice will be served and that Sarojini will not harm Arohi again.

Later, Arohi regains consciousness. Bhoomi sits beside her, assuring her that the danger is over. Arohi, still weak, asks if Sarojini was behind it. Bhoomi nods and tells her to rest. Arohi grabs her hand and says, “Didi, promise me you’ll never fight alone again.” Bhoomi smiles through her tears and promises to protect her no matter what.

Back at the Dewan mansion, Sarojini’s allies warn her that the police might raid her house. She calmly pours herself a glass of water and says, “Let them come. They have only seen my game, not the real player.” Her eyes burn with vengeance as she looks at an old photograph of Rudra.

The episode ends with Bhoomi filing an official case against Sarojini, determined to bring her crimes to light. Sarojini, meanwhile, receives a secret package at her doorstep — a sealed envelope marked “Rudra Returns.”
