Abhishek firmly replies that Arohi is now his wife, and he cannot leave her alone, especially when she is about to undergo surgery. Sarada intervenes and tells Abhishek that she doesn’t need his support since her family is there for her. However, Abhishek insists that he is now part of her family as well. The situation escalates until a nurse interrupts, asking them to keep quiet because they are in a hospital.

Kailash, still furious, drags Anuradha away, ignoring Abhishek’s pleas to stay. Sarada remains behind, praying for Arohi’s safety and recovery. Abhishek joins her in prayer, showing his deep concern and devotion. In a shocking gesture of sincerity, Abhishek burns his own hand as a vow of love, which makes Sarada emotional. She immediately stops him, calling his act reckless, but she begins to see the depth of his love for Arohi.
