Abhishek steps forward and tells the panchayat that Parinitha is his legally wedded wife and no one has the right to insult her. The villagers, stunned and embarrassed, take back their decision and quietly leave. Parinitha’s father breaks down, relieved that his daughter has finally been protected from humiliation.

Aarohi slowly walks toward Abhishek and asks him if what she heard is true. Her voice trembles. Abhishek does not answer immediately. Instead, he helps Parinitha to stand and asks her to sit inside the car. Aarohi keeps asking the same question, but Abhishek remains silent.
