The group was thrilled for a drum session. Shagun reminded Sumeet that there were only six minutes left before they could start playing. Despite Shlok’s repeated warnings, Sumeet’s thoughts went to Akki’s cries and she grabbed the drumsticks. This caused Shlok to raise his voice, prohibiting anyone from playing the drums. The family members sat silently by the drums with their mouths closed. A smirk appeared on Shagun’s face as Sumeet began to play. Sumeet stood in front of an unoccupied drum while Shagun attempted to divert her attention. She pondered on a solution to identify the empty drum.
Sumeet had the idea to use light passing through the drum to determine which ones held family members and which were empty. Using a spotlight, she searched each drum and quickly found the one that didn’t reflect light. With only a second remaining, she started playing the drum and called for the release of the family members. As she continued to play, everyone cheered for Shagun while Sumeet kept the beat. Unfortunately, Shagun felt defeated by this outcome. Meanwhile, Rajiv went over and untied Shlok, asking if he was alright.
Shlok embraced Poonam before turning to Sumeet. The latter then declared that while she was in charge of the game and its rules, their triumph belonged to honesty and discipline. With the first task already under their belt, they were determined to emerge victorious in the remaining five as well. As they headed towards the flag together, Raj and Shlok each held one of Sumeet’s hands. Together, they raised the flag while the family members saluted, despite Shagun’s reluctance. Sumeet expressed gratitude to God for their success while Rajiv admitted his initial fear but was relieved with the outcome. To celebrate, he distributed sweets to everyone. However, Poonam reminded them that this was only the beginning and there was no telling what Shagun had planned next.
In addition to Anju’s worries about Akki, Sumeet suspected that Shagun had already kidnapped him. Poonam suggested they have a meal, and Raj praised Sumeet. She wondered why Shagun sprayed saffron on Independence Day, which wasn’t usual. Shlok had a panic attack and poured water on himself to calm down.
Shlok screamed, and Poonam tried to comfort him. He was in a panic, hearing drum sounds in his ears. Shlok was worried that Shagun would return. Poonam assured him that they would face everything together. Raj misunderstood Pankhuri’s bouquet of red roses as being given by Priyanka. Shagun threatened them, saying he would use the scale to tally wins. Sumeet suspected Shagun was up to something.
