Sumeet complimented Priyanka on the Community Wedding Function board she had made. Shagun came to see how the Chowdhury family was doing. In the meantime, Shlok contemplated calling Sakshi, owner of a major music company. He calls her but hangs up. Sumeet asks Shlok what he is thinking, and Shlok walks away.
Akki spotted Shagun outside their house and remembered Sumeet’s request to inform them if he saw Shagun coming. Seeing Shagun outside, Sumeet quickly hid all the wedding decorations they were working on as soon as he noticed her. He threw his marbles near her feet, causing her to stumble and prevent her from entering.
To confuse Shagun, Sumeet and Poonam pretended to lack money and not have any work. Sumeet even expressed concern that Shlok may have to sing on trains and in the streets. Anju cried and demanded that Dadi retrieve their ancestral treasure. In light of their apparent difficulties, Shagun was delighted. She assumed they had already suffered and did not need any additional hardships.
Sumeet thanked God when Shagun left. They hoped to make the community wedding a grand event. Meanwhile, Pankhuri took her father to the priest to match Priyanka’s fake horoscope with Raj’s. They claimed their marriage couldn’t happen due to incompatibility. Pankhuri insisted that they loved each other deeply. According to the priest, they would quarrel and separate soon if they married.
Raunak and Shagun warned Sakshi that she would uncover their connection if Sumeet suspected them even a little. Sumeet sought the blessings of Goddess Durga for the community wedding and all the brides.
Shlok teased Sumeet about remarrying when all the brides arrived. The collector thanked Sumeet for making the community wedding so lively. The chief guest would come soon, and the marriages could begin. To the Chowdhury family’s shock, Shagun appeared as the chief guest. The collector asked Sumeet to garland and welcome the chief guest. It was soon discovered that Raunak had taken the priest hostage, much to Shagun’s admiration for his cleverness. They were confident that Shlok’s family would now suffer embarrassment.
Despite calling various priests, Poonam and Raj did not receive a response. Shagun provoked the collector, urging her to hurry up the marriage because she needed to leave. She threatened Sumeet’s work. Despite this, Sumeet confidently asserted that the marriage would proceed as promised.
