After suggesting a visit to the Ajmer Dargah for when they are married, Bilawal advises Shlok that he should inform his parents beforehand. To make it easier, Bilawal suggests having a nikah ceremony first and then having Shlok’s parents join in on the celebrations. He also mentions reaching out to Adil’s father, but Shlok declines, citing the time zone difference as an issue. To continue with preparations, Bilawal reminds them to get ready for Naaz’s mehendi ceremony, causing Shlok to appear anxious as he glances at Sumeet.
Naaz’s hand is placed in Shlok’s while he keeps looking at Sumeet during the mehendi ceremony. Sumeet feels hurt as she recalls her marriage to Shlok. Meanwhile, Pankhuri smirks as she watches Priyanka’s situation. Priyanka is harassed by a vendor, and Raj intervenes and hits the vendor. Masoom arrives and shows them a leaked video of her taking a shower. Priyanka runs away, and Raj worries about her, while Masoom blames her.
During their conversation, Naaz discusses with Bilawal the possibility of Sumeet sending her husband to India without him accompanying them to Ajmer. She also mentions her inability to forgive Sumeet for attempting to harm Adil. Naaz assures Bilawal that she will assist him in capturing both Sumeet and her husband. A member of the staff then informs Bilawal that Sumeet is currently in the storeroom with someone. Upon investigating, Bilawal discovers it is Shlok and Sumeet together in the storeroom. In a moment of vulnerability, Sumeet confesses that she cannot bear to see Shlok marry someone else. Despite this, Shlok decides to reveal his true identity to Naaz, but Sumeet expresses concern about potential consequences given Naaz’s animosity towards her.
In the storeroom, Bilawal points a gun at Sumeet and challenges him to use it. Shlok intervenes and calms Bilawal down. Poonam drops some food and worries about Shlok and Sumeet’s safety. Raj and Priyanka’s marriage is cancelled by Masoom. Priyanka, crying, locks herself in her room.
Naaz’s mehendi ceremony in Pakistan is in full swing, and she eagerly looks for Adil’s name to be inscribed on her hands, a clear demonstration of her love for him. Shlok realizes that he can no longer keep up the deception with Naaz, regardless of the underlying reasons. He remembers penning down a letter and plans to hand it over to her, hoping she will empathize with his predicament and forgive him. Meanwhile, Sumeet makes contact with an official from the embassy and learns that Bilawal’s men are closely monitoring her. The officer requests 24 hours to assist. Unfortunately, Bilawal overhears their conversation and decides to keep a strict watch over Sumeet.
Naaz is asked to come aside by Shlok because he has something important to say. Shlok reveals that he is not Adil, shocking everyone. Zainab makes a light-hearted comment about Shlok now being Naaz’s husband. As Shlok gives the letter to Naaz, Sumeet becomes increasingly concerned about his safety.
