The episode begins with Arjun and Megha returning home. Megha is lost in thought, recalling the emotional moments at the hospital. She tells Arjun that hearing her baby’s heartbeat for the first time made her realise it’s not just a pregnancy, but truly her child. Both of them break down in tears. Megha admits she didn’t go through with the abortion, apologising for not being a good wife, even though Arjun has been a good husband.
Arjun blames himself, saying the baby suffered because of his ill will, but now accepts it as their child. Megha holds his hands, worried about how they will explain the situation to the family. Arjun silently nods, and they share an emotional hug.
The next morning, Arjun surprises Megha by serving her breakfast. He says he has pampered her a lot and now it’s time to pamper their daughter. They hug warmly. Megha voices her concern about Manoj returning one day. In jail, Manoj is seen boarding a police van. Megha wonders if they will have to raise the baby in fear, but Arjun assures her they will raise the child with courage, vowing to protect his family at any cost. He says Manoj must never know the truth, and they will hide it from him.
At that moment, Mandeep overhears and asks what they are hiding. Arjun covers up with a joke and laughs it off. Mandeep picks up an Eiffel Tower picture, but Arjun dismisses it as trash and calls Megha to eat.
Meanwhile, the police van driver transporting Manoj suddenly suffers chest pain, causing the van to crash. Taking advantage of the chaos, prisoners attack the constables and flee. Manoj complains about his handcuffs, then seizes a gun from a fallen constable. He prays briefly before hijacking a man’s car and escaping, vowing to return to Megha.
Back home, Megha takes tea to Shagun but notices a news report about a fire and worries about Parvati and Sanju. She rushes to the site, where Parvati is already trying to save Sanju. Parvati insists she is his business partner, not life partner, but still tries to carry him to safety. Megha arrives, reassuring them that nothing will happen.
When a pillar threatens to fall, Parvati holds it back, protecting Sanju. Megha helps her and they both manage to get him to safety. Parvati is in pain and emotional, but Megha tells her she has saved Sanju’s life. Realising the place is unsafe, Parvati suggests going to the security cabin. Megha supports her and they lead Sanju there, settling him into a chair.
Parvati then notices Megha holding her tummy and congratulates her on her pregnancy. Megha thanks her, but shocks her by revealing that the baby belongs to Manoj.
Precap: Manoj makes his way back into the city, determined to find Megha, while Arjun vows to protect his family at all costs.
