The Episode begins with Megha being stabbed. Surinder awakens and calls out to Megha. Shalini receives a phone call. Arjun inquires about the situation. Shalini responds, “Megha…” He asks for more information. Without hesitation, he rushes to Megha’s side. As he approaches, he sees that she is injured and begins to cry. He grasps her hand tightly as she regains consciousness and tells him, “You told me to fight, and I did just that. I trust you will find a way to save me from this.”
Arjun breaks down in tears. She reassures him not to give up hope. He interrupts her, expressing that he can’t keep hope alive. She acknowledges their lack of relationship but thanks him for standing by her side. He apologizes, blaming himself for bringing chaos into her life. She asks if he has revealed anything to her family, but he denies it and confesses his fear of her. They share a smile.
She requests that he return to India but refuses to leave until she is safe. He reminds her that they have arrived together and will depart together. He offers her words of support. The doctor arrives and inquires if they are there to see the suspect. This infuriates Arjun, but Megha intervenes to calm him down.
Ranjeeta and everyone rush to Surinder, who immediately asks about Megha. Ranjeeta informs him that he had a mild heart attack and advises him to rest. Surinder insists on finding Megha despite his condition, but Ranjeeta reminds him to prioritize his health. However, Surinder is determined and begins to leave. Suddenly, Ranjeeta stumbles and gets injured. Goldie scolds Surinder for his recklessness, causing him to apologize to Ranjeeta and tear up. Realizing the urgency of finding Megha, Ranjeeta agrees with Surinder, and they immediately begin searching for her.
Arjun informs her that he has brought some kada prasad for her. The mention of his words triggers an emotional response in her. He offers to take her out of their current location. Tenderly, he feeds her the prasad. Meanwhile, Goldie catches Kavita, and Ranjeeta reprimands Kohli for his actions. She warns him that she will not spare him if he does not speak to Manoj. Unyielding in her determination, she punishes them with a belt.
Arjun offers Megha a drink, and she then requests an update on her case, stating that it seems to have some vulnerabilities. He assures her they have followed through with their plans, just as Manoj did with his own agenda. Now, it is their turn, and asks Megha to trust him. She responds by saying she has an unusual level of trust in him. He replies by saying he also has an extraordinary determination and emphasizes that she cannot stay here any longer.
