Meanwhile, Shagun arrives at the circuit house, recalling Megha’s words. She decides to surprise Talwar and is directed to his room. There, she sees Talwar in a meeting.

Some time earlier, Shagun had gone to meet Talwar, where Goldie also arrived. The men greet Shagun before Talwar dismisses the meeting. Irritated, he scolds her for following him. Megha arrives and intervenes, explaining that Shagun had come because she needed to use the washroom. Shagun leaves for the washroom, and Megha looks around the room. When Shagun returns, Megha suggests they leave.

On their way, Shagun confides in Megha, saying she had been foolish to doubt Talwar since only officers were present. She admits she felt awkward but realizes he was simply doing his work. However, Shagun suddenly remembers she left her bag behind and lacks the courage to return. Megha volunteers to fetch it. She retrieves the purse from Talwar’s room and hands it back to Shagun, who thanks her.

Later, Goldie returns home, only to find Megha in her room. Megha notices the dupatta with initials “GK” and recalls seeing it earlier at the circuit house. She confronts Goldie about it, asking where she had left it. Nervous, Goldie claims she left it there during a school meeting.
