During the episode, Goldie makes a reel of Megha’s Pagphere. Megha meets her neighbours. Jassi’s mother hugs her. The woman taunts her and tells her to lock Jassi in a room. Megha asks Goldie when she will leave for Georgia and where is Manoj. Goldie tells her he will pick her up tomorrow. The lady says he went and didn’t take you with him. She gets sad.
Ranjeeta says Megha, and we convinced him to go for his job. The lady says Jassi’s husband, Gurpreet, also made the same excuse. Megha says my dad wanted my marriage ritual to be simple. She scolds the lady. She says Manoj isn’t evil. The lady argues. Megha asks her to leave. Surinder is searching for Megha. Ranjeeta tells him not to worry. He says she has been under tension since yesterday.
Megha asks the lady if there is any billing by Kavita’s name at the hospital. She asks her to check about Manoj and Sadanand’s names. There are no bills. Do you remember the doctor’s name? Megha rushes up to the doctor and asks him. He says he doesn’t remember. She says she made a cheque, and it isn’t showing up. He asks her to speak with the billing department. Ranjeeta calls her. She returns home. Surinder lies to her.
He mentions that you’ve picked up the habit of deceiving me, and I understand what fear is causing you distress. Tearful and in need of comfort, she embraces him. He reassures her that he specifically instructed Ranjeeta not to invite Dolly and advises her to ignore other people’s opinions and instead support her spouse. He asks if there’s anything else on her mind, but she responds negatively. Goldie is occupied with filming while Megha embraces him in gratitude. Kripal brings the gift bags, prompting Riya to offer to accompany them, which Goldie declines. Megha says goodbye to Surinder before leaving with Kripal. They arrive at Manoj’s house and ring the doorbell, only to be greeted by an intoxicated Kohli, who then walks away without a word.
Megha inquires about Kavita’s whereabouts, to which Kohli responds that she is currently resting due to feeling unwell. Megha offers to fetch food for Kripal, and Kohli agrees, asking Kripal to be encouraged to eat. He then exits the room, leaving a shocked Kripal behind. Megha reassures him not to worry, and upon entering the kitchen, he notices its disarray and lack of available food. She volunteers to tidy up and cook something, but Kripal declines, stating it is a joke and he will leave now. Megha mentions that had Kavita been well, she would have taken care of cooking instead. She promises to prepare a meal for him next time he visits. Kripal thanked her and asked her not to disclose this incident to anyone at home, to which she agreed and embraced him in a hug.
After calling Manoj, she retrieves her number and heads to Kavita’s room. Knocking on the door, she finds Kavita acting ill and hiding food. Kohli eventually answers, inquiring about her visit. Megha explained that she received a notification about ten lakhs being wrongly debited from her account. Kohli suggests it may be a bank error, but Megha reveals she investigated at the hospital and found no record of Kavita’s supposed surgery. She also mentioned receiving an unsatisfactory response from the doctor. His defensive tone makes her clarify that she wants to understand what happened to her money. Angered by her accusations, Kohli berates her while Kavita assures Megha that he is drunk and tells her to rest in her room. Overcome with emotions, Megha dashes off in tears as Kohli continues shouting behind her.
