The episode begins with Megha chasing the mysterious lady she saw, only to be shocked when she identifies the person as none other than Talwar, her father-in-law, in a woman’s disguise. She tries to expose him, but Talwar attacks her and escapes. Just then, Arjun, Shagun, Sikandar, and others arrive, turning on the lights.
Megha insists that she saw Talwar, but Sikandar and Mandeep laugh it off, saying she was hallucinating. Mandeep reveals he had spiked her cold drink with whisky, unintentionally causing her to behave strangely. Megha insists she didn’t drink, but no one takes her seriously.
Megha questions Talwar’s absence from his room, and he eventually appears, feigning innocence. He says he came out because Shagun was missing. Arjun scolds Megha for embarrassing the family, but secretly tends to her when she feels sick.
Later, Navjot and Talwar worry privately. Navjot fears that Megha will begin investigating again. She reminds Talwar of their dark secret from the village, wishing she could silence Megha permanently.
Meanwhile, Megha speaks to Surinder over the phone, giving him health advice. Arjun brings her lemon water, and Megha recalls seeing Talwar in women’s clothing. But Arjun doesn’t believe her and says he worships his father. He challenges her to either apologize or provide proof.
Determined, Megha decides to confront Talwar again. The maid tells her he hasn’t woken up yet. She checks the study, and suddenly, Talwar shows up and calls her name, leaving the scene tense.
