The scene begins with Shalini conversing with Megha, expressing gratitude for saving Arjun’s life. In response, Megha mentions how he has given hope to many other Meghas and requests to call her family. Shalini readily offers her phone and steps away. On the other end, Ranjeeta becomes emotional upon hearing Megha’s voice and summons everyone to listen in as she asks about her whereabouts. Surinder and Goldie eagerly inquire about her return.
Megha reassures Surinder that she will arrive shortly, while Surinder also confirms his plans to join her. He clutches his chest, and Megha inquires about his father’s well-being. She informs him that Arjun has handled all the necessary arrangements and has even arranged for a lawyer to handle her case, as she does not want to involve him in any trouble. Tears flow from Ranjeeta and others as they listen. Megha instructs them to ask Kripal to obtain his license and care for everyone’s needs. Surinder reminds Megha of her responsibility towards their family, but she spots Manoj and tells Surinder that she will call back later.
Megha is made fun of by Manoj for Arjun. He continues that you now have all the answers, adding that Arjun will be deported to India. He tries to touch her face, but she stops him. Have some water, he adds. I’ll write a novel about a failed love story and mail it to you while incarcerated. She strikes a glass at his face out of rage. Police step in. Megha chastises Manoj. She says you’re still with him, Amy, so you’ll understand when he hits you. You’re not a man enough, she adds. Manoj, Arjun is a guy; take a cue from him. Shalini warns Megha that if she provokes Manoj, he will drive her crazy.
After being discharged, the inspector informs Arjun that he will be taken to the airport. He requests a quick break to use the restroom. While the inspector steps away, Arjun takes his leave. Meanwhile, Manoj instructs Khanna to make sure Megha receives appropriate punishment. Upon addressing the case, Khanna summons Megha to testify in court. Wearing a hoodie, Arjun is stopped by the inspector, who is unable to see his face.
Khanna accuses Megha, who then asks Shalini to clarify that it’s untrue. Arjun apologizes to Rajat for the inconvenience and requests one final favor – he needs a list of documents in 30 minutes. Dolly brings a potential buyer home and advises him to inspect the property thoroughly. Goldie inquires about her actions, to which Dolly explains that she is assisting in selling the house as per Surinder’s instructions. Ranjeeta and Goldie are taken aback, but Dolly reveals that Wadhwa ji will purchase their home.
Goldie requests her departure, to which Surinder agrees, admitting that he summoned her. Arjun arrives at the court and observes the situation. Shalini defends Megha by stating that she is a victim whose husband has falsely accused her. Megha adds that she needs to share something to find peace within herself. She reveals her true identity as Megha Khurana, who was previously married to Manoj Kohli and had taken his last name. However, she had always hoped to maintain her identity and pursue her dream of becoming a choreographer and opening her own company. Sadly, Manoj had abandoned her and shattered these aspirations.
