The Episode begins with Megha accusing Manoj of altering her identity. Manoj responds with a smile. She continues to plead her case, calling Manoj a dishonest individual and denying any wrongdoing on her part. She adds that she lacks substantial evidence against him, claiming he had possession of her bag and passport and set her up. Requesting two days to gather evidence against him, Megha labels Manoj as a fraud. Arjun also smiles at this statement. Concluding her accusations, Megha states that it is in Manoj’s nature to hurt others like a scorpion would with its sting.
Manoj voices his objection, insisting on speaking. He breaks down and receives sympathy through his dramatics. He claims his marriage was coerced and is not officially recognized. Manoj urges Megha’s phone to be checked for evidence of her affair with Arjun. He adds that they both have threatened to kill him and suggests asking Amy for confirmation of Megha’s relationship with Arjun. However, Megha fiercely warns against mentioning Arjun’s name, stating that he only tried to protect her. Manoj refutes her statement, accusing her of lying.
According to Megha, she was a victim of an attempted molestation by this individual. In self-defense, she managed to escape. Manoj disputes her account and labels her untruthful, while she accuses him of being evil. Despite the accusations being thrown back and forth, they both hope for a fair resolution. Upon seeing Megha in court, Shalini stands up for her friend and highlights the underlying issue of domestic violence. However, Khanna argues that no evidence supports Megha’s claims. He further accuses her of carrying drugs and trying to escape from prison, which he believes makes it an open-and-shut case. The judge then declares Megha guilty and hands down a sentence… until Arjun interrupts with an objection. This unexpected outburst shocks Megha, and everyone else present in the courtroom.
Manoj, who claims to be Megha’s boyfriend, is being held by the police after Arjun caught him having an affair with Megha. Arjun is furious and scolds both Manoj and Megha. He justifies his actions by saying he wouldn’t have raised a hand on Manoj without good reason. However, Arjun ultimately apologizes for his behavior. As this drama unfolds, Megha can only watch and wonder why they are all in this situation.
Arjun assures, “I promised to bring you along.” Shalini insists, “You shouldn’t have come here.” Arjun responds, “In that case, Megha should not have been here either.” The judge intervenes, “Quiet everyone. Arjun, you have broken several rules today. This is a courtroom.” Arjun apologizes, “I regret my actions. I have another side of the truth to tell you. You cannot arrest me as I have diplomatic immunity. I came here for official business.” The judge concludes, “I will deport you and keep Megha in custody.”
Arjun explains that Megha possesses the same immunity as himself, as she is his wife. Surprised by this revelation, Manoj and Shalini inquire further. Arjun confirms that Megha being his spouse is indeed the case. A bewildered Megha watches on as Arjun asks permission to speak to her. The judge grants it, and Arjun asks if she trusts him. He pleads with her to understand his intentions behind this revelation.
The judge inquires about Megha’s husband. Arjun affirms that they are a married couple and request that the case be held in India, as they both have immunity. He nods to Megha for confirmation.
