Megha is shocked to discover that Manoj underwent a kidney transplant six years ago. She immediately shares this revelation with Arjun, emphasizing that Nupur also vanished during the same period. She refuses to believe it’s a mere coincidence. Arjun questions if she is certain about the transplant, to which Megha affirms that Surendar sent her the report as proof. Upon examining the document, Arjun is surprised that despite their extensive resources, the police never uncovered this information, whereas Surendar did. Feeling defensive, Megha demands her phone back if Arjun doubts Surendar’s credibility.
Arjun reassures her that he is actually impressed by Surendar’s investigative skills. Playfully, he remarks that he’s glad he ordered breakfast; otherwise, Megha’s persistence would have given him a headache. As he heads to the bathroom, his towel slips, prompting Megha to scold him. Unfazed, Arjun teases that she entered his room willingly and now has to deal with it. He then tells her to get ready in her own room before stepping into the shower.
Meanwhile, Megha attempts to call Surendar but receives no response. She then dials her father, unaware that Manoj has answered instead. She begins speaking, expressing concern over a nightmare she had about him. While she is preoccupied, she receives her breakfast. Realizing Megha is in Mumbai, Manoj quickly disconnects the call, suspecting she has been tracking him. Without hesitation, he sends a message to Megha from Surendar’s phone.
Sadanand questions Manoj about Megha’s presence in Mumbai and whether she has seen the flat. Manoj, visibly annoyed, tells Sadanand not to bombard him with questions and to let him think. Sadanand taunts him about pushing Surendar from the upper floor and warns that if Surendar regains consciousness, he might expose everything to the police. Manoj dismisses his concerns and instructs Sadanand to vouch for him, claiming they were together the whole time. Sadanand demands that Manoj resolve the issue quickly. Manoj reassures him that he is handling it, ensuring they won’t need to flee again.
Meanwhile, Megha’s family rushes Surendar to the hospital. As Ranjeeta instructs Kirpal to call Megha, Surendar weakly grips Kirpal’s hand, signaling him not to inform her.
Arjun and Megha, accompanied by a police officer, arrive at the hospital and learn that six years ago, a patient named Matthew was admitted, but no kidney transplant took place. The officer suggests that Matthew and Manoj might be different people. However, Megha insists they are the same person. She explains that Manoj indeed had a kidney transplant, with Nupur originally meant to be the donor. She theorizes that Nupur might have changed her mind at the last moment, leading Manoj to forcibly take her kidney.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Megha’s family that Surendar’s surgery is complete and asks them to wait. Meanwhile, Ranjeeta comes across CCTV footage capturing Manoj entering the house.
Megha wonders about Nupur’s whereabouts, convinced that if Manoj stole her kidney, she must still be alive somewhere. Her mind races back to the strange way Manoj was behaving in his flat. She concludes that something in that flat is keeping Manoj tied to it. Determined, she heads toward Jeevan Society, while at the same time, Manoj also makes his way there.
