Arjun snaps back, questioning why Navjot isn’t worried for Megha’s safety if she truly believes she’s unwell.

Just then, the inspector arrives, revealing that Megha’s car was found in a severe accident, but no one was inside. Arjun rushes to the location, hoping to find her. Meanwhile, Talwar and Megha hear the police sirens. Megha, sensing Arjun’s presence, tries to emotionally appeal to Talwar. She tells him that Arjun always finds her because he truly loves her.

She urges Talwar to let her go and questions whether his fear stems from insecurity about losing Arjun’s love or feeling unaccepted. Megha says he’s not a monster, just a person trapped in pain, never accepted for who he is. Moved by her words, Talwar drops the knife. He pleads with Megha to keep his identity a secret, but she refuses. Arjun arrives, breaks down the door, and finds Megha. Talwar escapes through a window as Arjun hugs Megha tightly in relief.
