The episode begins with Manoj revealing his sinister past to Megha. He recalls how he had once pleaded with Nupur to donate her kidney to him. However, Nupur refused, accusing him of betrayal. She reminded him that she had married him out of love, only to realize he was a fraud. Unfazed by her resistance, Manoj insisted, arguing that she would agree to the transplant if she truly loved him. When she continued to resist, he turned violent and struck her.
Determined to get his way, Manoj contacted a doctor and took Nupur for a forced kidney transplant. Before losing consciousness, he warned her not to attempt an escape, threatening dire consequences if she did. He coldly declared that if she defied him, she would die alone—without her kidney.
A horrified Megha demanded to know whether Nupur was still alive or if he had killed her. Smirking, Manoj cryptically replied that it was a “surprise.” Meanwhile, Arjun knocked on Megha’s hotel room door, concerned that she was not responding. A hotel staff member informed him that Megha had not returned. Alarmed, Arjun called her, but Megha, trapped in Manoj’s clutches, reassured herself that Arjun had always saved her and would do so again.
Manoj, however, mocked her belief, cruelly informing her that Surinder had fallen from the terrace and was now in the ICU. Megha was left shaken. To confirm, Manoj began typing a message for Arjun. Arjun, puzzled, asked what was going on. Megha, struggling to grasp the situation, questioned whether her father was truly hurt or if Manoj was lying. Unbothered, Manoj taunted her, suggesting that while her house had a low roof, Surinder’s old age made the fall more severe.
Arjun, growing more anxious, immediately called Ranjeeta for an update. She confirmed Surinder’s critical condition, assuring him that she would call back with more details. Ranjeeta later inquired with the doctor, who confirmed Surinder was showing signs of improvement.
Meanwhile, Megha attempted to find Nupur, but Manoj caught her and led her to a hidden chamber. With a sinister grin, he flung open the chamber door, inviting her inside to reunite with Nupur. As Megha stepped in, she was horrified to find Nupur lying lifeless inside an icebox. Manoj mockingly congratulated her on uncovering his secret.
At the hotel, a staff member handed Megha’s scarf to Arjun, explaining that he had found it while cleaning her room. Realizing something was terribly wrong, Arjun urgently requested a cab. As he waited, he observed women celebrating Karwa Chauth, which reminded him of Megha. He sent her a voice message, unaware of the nightmare she was trapped in.
