The episode begins with Arjun visiting Megha. She smiles, holding his hand, and says she felt his presence. She recalls how he had opened the windows before the explosion. Curious, she asks how he survived. Arjun brushes it off, jokingly pointing out that despite being in a hospital bed, she is more concerned about him. Handing her a pillow, he reassures her and leaves to call the inspector.
Arjun notices the constable asleep and scolds the staff, warning them that Manoj won’t miss another opportunity. He ensures Megha is protected and questions the risky plan they have devised. Megha, showing her bold spirit, jokes about it and insists they let Manoj believe he can eliminate her. Arjun, admiring her bravery, hugs her, calling her a lioness. They prepare for Manoj’s expected arrival.
Monitoring the CCTV footage, Arjun spots three burqa-clad women and suspects Manoj among them. He points out a limp in one of them, confirming his suspicion. As the hospital is on high alert, Arjun stops the women for identification. When they lift their veils, he realizes Manoj isn’t among them but soon notices a missing third woman. Manoj, in disguise, triggers the fire alarm to create panic.
Arjun quickly alerts the authorities, recognizing Manoj’s ploy. Meanwhile, Manoj, now dressed as a ward boy, eliminates the guards and enters Megha’s ward. Sensing danger, Megha arms herself with a knife. Manoj kicks the door open, making her stumble. He taunts her, declaring this time she won’t escape. Megha retaliates, but Manoj overpowers her, warning that Arjun won’t come to her rescue.
Determined, Megha strikes his injured leg and runs out, hiding nearby. Manoj calls out, boasting about killing Nupur and vowing to do the same to her. Arjun arrives, finding injured constables and following the blood trail. Megha, meanwhile, has set a trap. She informs Manoj that she has recorded his confession using the hospital’s lecture room cameras.
Manoj attempts to dismiss her claim but turns to find Arjun behind him. Arjun reminds him that despite his strategy, they have won the game. He calls the officers while Manoj launches a desperate attack on Megha. Thinking fast, Megha delivers an electric shock, stunning him. Arjun rushes to her side, ensuring she is safe.
However, Manoj, in a last-ditch effort, grabs a scissor and lunges at Arjun. Megha, acting instinctively, steps in front, taking the hit instead. Arjun, horrified, shouts her name as she collapses in his arms.
