The episode begins with Megha causing harm to the person at the door by burning a cloth. Desperate to leave the house, she makes her way out and is caught by someone. Suddenly, Arjun calls out her name, and she rushes to him, seeking comfort in his arms. She mentioned that Manoj had taken her dupatta and was sitting on the stairs. Wondering how it ended up there, she explains that he had attempted to strangle her with it and also tried breaking down the door. Fearful of his actions, she expresses concern about what he might do next.
Arjun reassures Megha, “Relax, I’m here. I’ll handle him.” They head upstairs where Megha notices the missing photos and says, “Manoj was just here, I was right by the door.” Arjun confirms there are indeed no pictures. Megha insists, “I’m not lying. He was here.” Arjun quickly checks the camera feed and explains, “This wasn’t just your imagination. He must have been sitting far away because the cameras were hacked and the CCTV was off. There was no one in this room at all.”
Megha assures Arjun that the man they just saw would break the door. In response to a strange noise, they quickly investigate, and Megha points out that the suspect is nearby. They chase after him, but he manages to escape. After ensuring Arjun is unharmed, Megha mentions that Manoj has been released from police custody and could potentially cause trouble. Arjun suggests they go to the police station to check on Manoj. Once there, they inquire about his whereabouts and are directed to his cell, where he is entertaining himself with Shayari.
Arjun inquires about the method used. Manoj then questions what occurred and mentions he is unable to assist Megha. He jokingly compares the event to an English thriller. As Arjun asks Inspector Yuvraj to unlock the cell, Manoj reminds him of his suspension. Curious, Arjun asks the reasoning behind this restriction. Megha intervenes, discouraging Arjun from taking action due to his high-ranking position.
Manoj has a condition before stopping his troubling of Megha, which she states to keep Arjun away from the situation. Curious, Arjun asks about this condition. However, Manoj only reveals it when invited for tea, to which Arjun points out that they are in jail, not at home. Manoj confidently responds that he will get bail tomorrow and invites himself over. Will he leave Megha alone after this? Arjun inquires with a hint of annoyance, to which Manoj smiles.
As the morning dawns, Manoj arrives at Arjun’s house and is greeted by the presence of both Megha and Arjun. As he settles in for a cup of tea, he reveals his demand for five crores in exchange for dropping any case against himself and his family. When Megha questions how she will procure such a large sum, Manoj dismisses her ability but suggests that her lover can provide it. Megha responds with shock, to which Manoj offers an alternative – abandoning their deal and convincing her to return home with him to take care of domestic duties.
Arjun quickly apprehends him, warning that no monetary compensation or withdrawal of charges will occur if he lays a finger on Megha. There will be no need for a court case or imprisonment; I’ll take care of you personally. He then physically removes Manoj from the scene, to which he responds with a smirk and exits. Despite Arjun’s attempt to console her, Megha remains unrelaxed and departs. Navjot observes the situation. “Why did we call Manoj here?” inquires Megha, “I have no desire to interact with him.” Arjun offers to handle the matter, but she refuses. “No,” she insists, “I know how to communicate with him effectively; I want a divorce, and I will obtain it.” She breaks down in tears.
