The Episode starts with Megha teaching the dance moves. A lady asks her about the alliance. She thinks of Manoj. Her friend says I think you are running out of time. As her friend applies lipstick to her, she says she might meet someone in this marriage. IAS Arjun Talwar arrives in Amritsar. Everyone is happy at Simran’s sangeet. Megha’s family is there. Goldie says she’s pleased to teach dance at other people’s weddings.
In response to the lady’s question about the alliance, Goldie lies. Surinder says to lie again. Goldie replies that we aren’t like you constantly to tell the truth. Jeetu asks her not to scold him. Goldie says to eat the food and leave. Arjun says he’s here to protect the city girls, and it’s a con artist. Manoj attends Simran’s sangeet. He says he becomes a groom and destroys girls’ lives. Megha sees Manoj. Arjun says he has ruined the lives of 13 girls and has looted their families.
The man greets Surinder and Megha. Goldie asks if she asked her mother before talking to us. The man says, “I’m sorry about my parents’ behavior.” Surinder says it’s okay. Arjun says he knows how to deal with the girl’s family. Uncle Manoj says you have told the truth in simple words. Your thinking is progressive. You aren’t thinking about the world but about your daughter, and that’s commendable.
Arjun says that the fake groom is searching for his next victim in this city; maybe a girl was captivated by him. Manoj says he would like to marry Megha if it’s her. Surinder and everyone smile. Arjun says we have to catch him at any cost so that one more life is spared.
It would be nice if our families could join us when we visit the Eiffel Tower and Vaishno Devi. Megha smiles. Goldie says congrats. Manoj’s dad says we should take a group selfie. They do. Manoj gives Megha a keychain of the Eiffel Tower. She smiles. He signs her to call him. She leaves.
Manoj gets baraat for her. She dances with him. Jassi says we are lucky, and we will both go to Sasural. She hugs Megha. Jassi’s mother takes her. She gets sad for Jassi. Surinder takes her. Megha thinks of Manoj and smiles as she goes to sleep. She hears some sound and rushes downstairs. She worries for Jassi. Goldie tells her to go to sleep. She goes out to find Jassi. Jassi’s mum cries and says she doesn’t understand.
Seeing Jassi hiding, Megha hugs him and cries. Jassi says I made you your favorite sweets, your marriage is fixed, I was coming, but got scared, so I hid here. As the sweets box falls, Jassi’s brother takes her forcibly. The man asks them to keep Jassi at home. Megha worries about the taunts from the neighbors. She hugs Jassi.
Ranjeeta argues that Jassi’s actions are not indicative of insanity, but instead, she has faced unfortunate circumstances. She defends her in front of Goldie and others, recalling how their parents were preoccupied with work when they were six years old, and Bhalla’s aunty cared for them. Ranjeeta reiterates that Jassi is not insane and takes her away. The next day, she greets Arjun and mentions that his father was previously stationed here, to which he confirms and recalls meeting her daughter, a dancer. Ranjeeta expresses her delight that he remembers and presents him with sweets to celebrate her daughter’s upcoming marriage. He happily accepts the sweets.
He asks her daughter’s name. She says Megha. As he thanks her, he says the case involves a scammer. He meets girls and their families, looks like he works abroad, then takes the money and disappears. He approaches girls through websites and meets their families. He says the matrimonial website. She worries. She asks if there is a picture of him. He says yes, come, I will show you.
