The episode begins with Megha speaking to the doctor about her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Arjun thinks of Megha. A peon arrives with sweets for Arjun, sharing the news of his child’s birth. Arjun immediately calls Megha.
The doctor tells Megha not to reject the baby and advises her to think carefully before filling out the abortion form. Megha is torn and unsure of her decision. At home, Arjun sees Shagun arranging items for the baby. She shows him his childhood clothes and cradle, saying she always dreamed of raising his children. Arjun asks if she was certain about her pregnancy back then. Shagun admits she didn’t know but always believed she would raise him well.
When Arjun learns Megha is at the hospital, he rushes to meet her. At the hospital, Megha notices little children playing and smiles. Arjun calls her on the way, pleading with her not to make a wrong decision and to keep the baby. Megha then notices a woman, Muskaan, crying. The doctor explains that Muskaan’s baby was born with complications and suggests Megha meet her.
The doctor tries to emotionally persuade Megha to keep the child, showing her the sonography report and letting her hear the baby’s heartbeat. Megha can’t help but smile. Suddenly, the fire alarm rings. Megha finds herself trapped inside the ward as the doors lock automatically.
She shouts for help while a nurse panics, fearing they will all die. Megha calms the nurse, urging her to think of a way to escape. She consoles and encourages everyone inside to remain hopeful.
Meanwhile, Shagun calls Arjun, informing him about the fire incident at the hospital. Shocked, Arjun accelerates his car to reach Megha as quickly as possible.
