The episode begins with Megha reassuring everyone that the fire brigade will arrive soon and nothing will happen to them. She tries to help the trapped patients while Arjun rushes towards the hospital, deeply worried for her safety.
At home, Navjot sees the servants watching the hospital fire incident on TV. Shagun arrives and asks what is happening. When Navjot shows her the news, Shagun panics and asks which hospital it is. She immediately calls Arjun, who is shocked to hear about the fire.
Inside the hospital, Megha and a nurse assist a lady and her child. Megha tries to find a way out but slips and clutches her stomach in pain. Meanwhile, Arjun reaches the hospital and is horrified by the sight of the massive blaze. As he tries to run inside, the police stop him, warning of the risk. The inspector initially refuses but eventually allows him to proceed, noting the fire’s dangerous spread.
Arjun urgently asks how many patients are still inside and learns that the pediatric ward has not yet been reached. Inside, Megha insists she is fine. Suddenly, the power goes out, and the nurse warns that the oxygen supply will soon be cut off. Megha becomes emotional, apologizing for once wanting to abort her baby.
Determined to help, Arjun demands a water-soaked blanket to shield himself from the flames. He records a statement, declaring he is entering at his own risk to save the trapped babies. At home, Shagun and Navjot see Arjun on television and grow increasingly anxious.
Back in the ward, Megha urges Muskaan and Priya to cover the babies with wet blankets to protect them from the smoke. While praying for help, she notices a faint light entering the room. Investigating, she discovers a ventilation window blocked by cardboard. She removes the blockage but finds the window jammed. Using a chair, she breaks it open.
Megha tells the others they will have to jump out to safety and insists that the nurse go first. Priya hesitates, admitting she is scared, but Megha reminds her to think of the babies. Her determination is clear—she will do whatever it takes to save them.
Meanwhile, Arjun pushes forward inside the burning hospital, vowing not to let anything happen to Megha.
