The episode begins with Megha and Priya desperately seeking help for the trapped babies. Arjun’s voice echoes through the chaos as he calls out, asking if anyone is there. Hearing him, Megha’s eyes fill with tears of relief, certain that he would come to save her, just as he always has.
Arjun reaches the ward, helping the nurse and offering her water. Spotting Megha, he calls out to her urgently. Megha tells Muskaan to take her baby and leave first, assuring everyone that Arjun will protect them. Arjun praises Megha for her courage and confirms that her baby is safe. He assists Muskaan out of the ward before turning his attention back to the other infants.
Determined, Megha insists on bringing all the babies to safety. She passes them to Arjun one by one, who carefully takes each child out. He urges her to hurry and come to him. Just then, a baby’s cry rings out from deeper inside the smoke-filled room. Arjun tells Megha to come with him so he can get the baby, but she refuses, unable to leave the child behind. She pulls away from his grasp and rushes to find the baby herself.
Suddenly, an explosion shakes the ward. Arjun falls but quickly gets back up, frantically calling for Megha. He sends Muskaan and Priya outside with the rescued babies before confronting the firefighters, pleading with them to search for his pregnant wife. The team warns of the risk from oxygen cylinders that could explode at any moment. Talwar advises him to let the trained rescue crew handle it, but Arjun cannot stand by.
Inside, Megha locates the crying baby in a cradle but falls as she tries to lift it. Arjun’s voice cuts through the smoke, urging her not to give up. Knowing she is running out of time, Arjun tosses a whistle into the ward. Megha grabs it and uses it to signal her location. Arjun reaches her, only for a massive roof slab to collapse between them.
Thinking fast, Arjun secures the baby to his back, then lifts Megha in his arms and carries her through the flames. He promises that nothing will happen to her or their child.
Later, at the hospital, Megha receives treatment for smoke inhalation. Arjun and Shagun wait by her side until she regains consciousness. The first words Megha speaks are to ask about the baby, but Arjun gently tells her they will talk about it later.
