The episode kicks off with Megha pondering about Manoj and she immediately reaches out to Sonam, requesting her presence. Megha then confides in Sonam about the 15 lakhs loan and the 10 lakhs debited from her account. She expresses her worries about how to break the news to their father. Sonam suggests messaging Manoj on social media as well. Megha has a flashback of Manoj’s account and decides to send him a message. However, she discovers that her account has been blocked. She shows the loan message to Sonam who identifies it as from a private firm and urges Megha to look into their office location. After checking the address, Megha believes that Manoj may be busy but she is determined to get an explanation and uncover Sikandar’s true identity.
When Sikandar and Sonam arrive at the address, Sikandar dances on the dhol. He scares a man. The man ties Rakhi to Sikandar and asks him not to harm her husband. In response, Megha says we do not need a loan. I received an EMI message from your firm. He says you have come on Rakhi day, leave your number. He laughs. Sonam says you’ve sent a message telling Megha she took a loan from you.
Sikandar says even I didn’t meet you, so how did you give me the loan? Megha says I didn’t meet you either. She shows the message. Bhatia says the message is correct. Sikandar says I don’t go after anyone just like that. He shows the details and says Manoj Kohli has taken the loan. She is shocked. He says he took the loan in the name of his wife, who am I? She says I am his wife. He says he took a 7 lakhs loan, and we got it back with 3 lakhs of interest as well.
His wife’s brother needs a 15 lakh loan, he says. Sikandar shows her the documents. He asks why she sent an OTP. Megha recalls Manoj’s words. She’s shocked. She sees Surinder there. She says you here… why did you come here? He asks me to explain why I would do this, it’s Manoj’s scam, he lied to us. Megha says Papa ji…. He asks her to tell the truth. He says he took a loan on your name and didn’t tell you, why did you hide this from me, you have hurt my heart today.
“He claims to have deceived my daughter, how can you provide a loan to another person? You are all part of this deceit. Sikandar insists on receiving the interest owed to him, accusing everyone else of being involved in the fraud. Surinder questions their integrity and demands his money back. Sikandar reprimands him and tells him to leave. Megha urges Surinder to leave with her, but he scolds her and asks if she has spoken to Manoj about the loan yet. She admits that she hasn’t contacted him yet. He accuses her of showing Manoj too much respect and calls him, but gets no response. Sonam informs them that Megha has been trying, but Manoj’s social media account is now closed. Surinder orders Sonam to return home.”
Surinder insists that Manoj has taken off, but Megha defends him and suggests there may be a misunderstanding. Surinder is puzzled by her statement and she reassures him she will handle the situation without his involvement. He presses for clarification, bringing up Manoj’s alleged actions of leaving for Georgia with their money and ignoring their calls. However, Megha maintains there could be a logical explanation for this behavior. Surinder is determined to get answers from Manoj’s parents, and they arrive at Kohli’s house. Without hesitation, he asks Kohli to summon Manoj so he can confront him himself.
Kohli inquires about the situation while Surinder insists on calling someone. Kohli expresses concern, mentioning Manoj’s responsibilities. Surinder accuses Manoj of deceit and Kohli reprimands him for his choice of words. Surinder reveals that Manoj has taken money from Megha’s account and borrowed a large sum under her name. He goes on to accuse everyone involved in arranging the marriage, particularly questioning Kohli’s involvement. Kohli becomes stern with Surinder’s accusations and Megha intervenes, questioning his behavior towards her father. Kohli defends himself, reminding them that it is their personal matter and they should not interfere.
Megha expresses her disapproval of the situation, stating that he obtained a loan using her name without informing her. Surinder insists that if Manoj is guilty, he will not escape his wrath. In an attempt to diffuse the tension, Megha urges him to remain calm. Kavita reminds Surinder of her heart surgery and asks him to handle the matter. Refusing to leave until he speaks with Manoj, Surinder contacts Ranjeeta and informs her of the situation. Concerned, Ranjeeta enquires further. Upon learning the details, Kavita suggests calling off the wedding immediately. However, Ranjeeta suggests going over there instead. Megha adds that they have already discussed the issue with Sikandar who confirmed Manoj’s involvement in fraudulent activities through taking out a loan under Megha’s name. Kohli chimes in by mentioning how these companies are notorious for their deceitful schemes. Surinder becomes agitated and confronts them all, accusing them of being complicit in Manoj’s actions by protecting him and refusing to call him out on his wrongdoing. Tensions escalate as Kohli pushes Surinder and Megha intervenes by calling out for Papa ji in alarm.
