The episode begins with Vijay, Manoj, and Akshay meeting the contractor. Janki mentions going to the temple, while Jyoti informs them that Mauli is occupied at her clinic but will join them later. Tanvi suggests calling Rahul, but Ajanta reveals that he’s unavailable and in a bad mood. However, Tanvi thinks this may be for the best. Meanwhile, Mauli tends to her patients until Rahul arrives. He tells her that he’s been looking for a solution to their problem, and they’ll be heading to London, where no one can stop them or enforce Janki’s ridiculous rules. Unfortunately, his clothes get ruined by the ointment in the process. Mauli apologizes for it.
Whenever Rohit calls Tanvi, he says he came with us, but he left; maybe he went home. She worries. She says, “I can’t leave Rahul and Mauli at home alone.” She leaves. Mauli says, “This is wrong. Rahul, stop saying bad things to her.” Rahul tells her to stop blaming Janki. Tanvi returns home. Rahul asks who wants to take us away.
Mauli says I was afraid to do everything with you and asked Janki to do this. She says you should have told me. Why did you tell Dadi? She says I didn’t want to disappoint you. He says I know it’s not the truth, so please tell me the truth. She says I have other work to do. He holds her, plays Dil diyaan gallan…. He lifts her into the bed. Tanvi gets angry. Rahul says it’s just a sprain, I’ll get ointment. He leaves.
Mauli says I didn’t break the promise. Tanvi reprimands her. Rahul comes and hears everything. He is stunned. He claps. They see Rahul at the door. He scolds Tanvi. She says I hate Mauli. Tanvi suddenly faints as he tries to break free from Mauli’s hold. Mauli and Rahul quickly rushed to her side, followed by everyone else in the room. They all help care for Tanvi as Mauli examines her and remarks that her heart rate seems normal, attributing her collapse to stress. In the meantime, Janki wonders if Rahul knows about Tanvi’s health condition. Vijay then takes Tanvi to rest in their room while Mauli fills everyone with an update on Tanvi’s condition, prompting Janki to remark that she always knew Mauli still cared deeply for Tanvi. She then bestows her blessings upon Mauli.
She checks Tanvi’s blood pressure and says, “Rahul won’t leave you. Go, have some water.” Tanvi scolds her and throws the water at her. Mauli says, “Rahul will always be yours. Calm down. I regard you as my mum. Our relationship will never break.” Tanvi says, “My curse will strike you. You will never be happy by snatching Rahul from me.”
He says, “Mauli, finish the packing. “Mauli says, “I won’t go. “Rahul packs his bag. Mauli cries as he leaves. He says, “How can Mom do this? “Mauli asks why she is so bad. She reminds him about his mother’s love. She cries and says, “You are lucky to have them; understand their value. “He hugs her. “A man calls Golu. He is scolded. Golu asks what he did wrong.
Rahul comes and hugs Tanvi. She says, “I know you won’t leave me and go.” Mauli gets food for her. Rahul asks Tanvi to have food. She cries and says, “Rahul, I want your betterment. I am not your enemy.” Mauli smiles. Mauli asks me not to go. I love you. Mauli will always be my best friend. Our relationship will not break if we do not get close. Her decision and happiness matter most to me.
