Dadi eagerly awaits Raghav’s presence at the Haldi ceremony. Mishri informs her that he has given his word to attend. Bela mentions to Sakthi that Raghav’s supposed mother is present. Mishri seeks her blessings. Dadi inquires about Raghav, to which she responds with confusion, asking who he is. Bela reminds her he is her son but lies to Mishri about Raghav being occupied with work. Despite Bela’s efforts, Mishri insists that Raghav had promised to come over the phone. Fearing their plan may be jeopardized, Bela hastily asks Banti to prevent Raghav from attending the function. But much to everyone’s surprise, Raghav shows up, bringing joy to Mishri. He hands her back the bag and explains that it was mistakenly delivered to his house from the hospital. Delighted, Mishri expresses her gratitude towards him.
After Raghav’s fake mom faints, Mishri comes to her aid. Raghav assumes she is Mishri’s mother-in-law, and the woman asks for their identities. Mishri introduces herself as her daughter-in-law, and Raghav theorizes that she may be experiencing a heat stroke. Bela suggests they take her to rest in a nearby room. As they wait, Raghav and Mishri chat about the upcoming Haldi ceremony. Dadi then hints that Mishri should spend time with Raghav. While indulging in sweets, Raghav questions why Mishri keeps thanking him. He explains his love for seeing others smile and encourages her to share any wedding concerns she might have. With a smile, Mishri confides in him about her nerves and fears surrounding the merging of two families. Raghav kindly offers his advice.
Later, the fake mom complains to Bela about Raghav’s unexpected arrival. Bela insists they must stop Mishri from telling Raghav the truth. Meanwhile, Raghav asks Mishri to show her soon-to-be husband, thinking he’s joking. Mishri takes him to a mirror, where he sees his reflection. He misunderstands the banner nearby, considering it is her husband. He praises the man, saying he is an excellent match for Mishri. Bela is relieved.
While Vaani is visiting Raghav’s house, she prepares special sweets to apologize for what happened the previous day. She serves the food and takes selfies with them. They compliment her cooking. Raghav receives a phone call and tells Mishri he must leave. Bela comments on his busy schedule. While Vaani tells Sulekha she cooked for Raghav because he was upset with her, she insists that she won’t alter her character for anyone else. Sulekha gets upset, and Chithra smirks.
Vaani meets Raghav at his office and gives him sweets. Raghav invites her on a date but fails to notice the short-circuiting chandelier.
