Mishri 1st October 2024 Written Update begins with Mishri stumbling upon a hidden room while Kalpana confronts Raghav, questioning his blind trust in Mishri despite the evidence. Kalpana insists that if Mishri were innocent, she wouldn’t be plotting inside the house. When Raghav goes to look for her, he finds Mishri missing. Kalpana seizes the moment to blame Mishri for Vaani’s murder. But Raghav notices a bloodstain on the floor and follows its trail.

Elsewhere, Mishri confronts Ranjith, demanding answers. He admits to kidnapping Vaani and confesses to spying on Mishri under Vaani’s orders to have her removed from the house. Ranjith threatens her, but Mishri fights back and vows that he’ll answer for his crimes during Navratri. Raghav, meanwhile, reaches the secret room but finds it empty.

Mishri drags Ranjith to the house and reveals his truth in front of the family, accusing him of kidnapping Vaani. Supriya and Sulekha pressurize him to confess, even threatening police action. Fearing exposure, Chithra—who had bailed Ranjith and hired him to kill Mishri and Raghav—panics. She pretends to beat him and secretly instructs him to push her and run away. Ranjith follows her cue and escapes as Mishri tries to stop him.

Chithra then shifts the blame onto Mishri, claiming Ranjith fled out of fear and accusing Mishri of manipulating the situation. Sulekha supports her, saying she never trusted Mishri. Parvathi urges Mishri not to lie during Navratri, but Mishri stands her ground and defends her truth.

Suddenly, Kalpana lunges at Mishri with a knife. Mishri dodges the attack and asks Kalpana how she can believe Vaani is dead. She pulls Kalpana aside to talk in private, but Kalpana locks her inside a room. Inside, Mishri finds Raghav, who has been searching the house for Vaani. Mishri informs him that Kalpana locked her in and confesses her mistrust toward everyone—except him. Raghav assures her of his belief in her innocence and warns that betrayal of his trust will bring out his worst side. Mishri reassures him of her loyalty.

Suddenly, AC gas starts leaking into the room. Raghav tries to help Mishri. Outside, Kalpana watches and tells Vaani their plan is working—Mishri is about to die. Inside, Mishri urges Raghav to hide. When Kalpana opens the door, she finds Mishri seemingly unconscious and gleefully informs Vaani that their plan succeeded. But just then, Raghav claps and reveals himself. He tells Vaani that not only has she betrayed his trust, but she’s also broken his heart. Mishri rises and declares that during Navratri, truth always prevails.
