The episode opens with Raghav devastated after realizing that the elderly woman he accidentally hit with his bus is none other than Mishri’s beloved Dadi. A crowd quickly gathers, accusing him of careless driving and suspecting he might run away. Raghav pleads with them to allow him to take her to the hospital. Though hesitant, the crowd agrees, but only after deciding to accompany him to ensure she receives proper treatment.
Elsewhere, Mishri receives an advance payment from the school manager for securing the bus contract. Oblivious to the unfolding tragedy, she tries calling Raghav but gets no response. Excited, she buys clothes for him and decides to visit Dadi after stopping by the temple. She even plans to prepare kheer as a surprise for her.
At the hospital, Raghav urgently requests help from the compounder, but the doctor is unavailable. When the doctor finally arrives, he informs Raghav that Dadi requires immediate surgery but, since it’s a police case, the formalities must be completed, including a ₹75,000 deposit. Despite Raghav’s desperate pleas, the doctor refuses to proceed without the money.
Meanwhile, at the temple, Mishri notices a bad omen near Lord Krishna’s idol and becomes anxious. She tries calling Raghav again. This time, he answers and tells her about the accident, asking her to come to the rural hospital immediately.
As Dadi is prepared for surgery, the staff informs Raghav that the payment has already been made. Confused, he turns around and sees Vaani. When he questions her presence, Vaani calmly responds that she came to protect both Dadi and his relationship with Mishri. She warns him that if Mishri learns the truth—that he caused the accident—she will never forgive him. Raghav, guilt-ridden, admits his responsibility. Vaani offers emotional support and hugs him—just as Mishri walks in and sees them together.
Shocked, Mishri asks why they were hugging. Avoiding the subject, she rushes to check on Dadi’s condition. The nurse informs them that Dadi is critical and asks them to maintain silence. Heartbroken, Mishri watches Dadi from outside the ICU window and breaks down emotionally. She then turns to Raghav and asks who was responsible for the accident. Unable to tell her the truth, Raghav lies, claiming he found Dadi lying injured on the road.
Furious and emotional, Mishri vows to bring the person who hurt Dadi to justice. She hugs Raghav, praying to Krishna Ji for Dadi’s recovery. Raghav, tormented by guilt, silently promises to stand by her through it all—even if it means sacrificing everything. Meanwhile, Vaani silently watches, satisfied that her manipulative scheme is unfolding perfectly and Raghav is still hiding the truth.
Just then, police officers arrive at the hospital to begin their inquiry into the accident. Raghav and Mishri overhear the conversation, and the tension escalates.
