Mishri 21st October 2024 Written Episode opens with Mishri informing the inspector that it was her Dadi who was injured in the accident. She anxiously asks if the culprit has been found. The inspector then turns his attention to Raghav, questioning if he brought Dadi to the hospital and what his relationship is with her. He also observes that Raghav seems nervous, hinting at possible involvement in the accident.

Meanwhile, Sulekha questions Vaani’s mother about Vaani’s whereabouts. Her mother replies that she is preparing the sargi for Karvachauth, but she hasn’t seen Vaani. Just then, she receives a call from the bank regarding a transaction of one lakh rupees at Mathura Hospital. Concerned, she attempts to contact Vaani, who doesn’t answer the call.

Back at the hospital, Mishri pleads with the inspector to trust Raghav and focus on finding the real culprit. Though Raghav feels relieved that Mishri still believes in him, he grows uneasy when she presses for more details, aware that he was the one who hit Dadi. As Raghav gathers courage to confess, Vaani interrupts and claims the driver of the car was at fault. She says Raghav even tried to chase the culprit but the driver fled.

Suddenly, a man arrives and contradicts Vaani’s version of the incident. Vaani becomes visibly tense, fearing he might reveal the truth—that she pushed Dadi in front of Raghav’s vehicle. But the man instead tells the inspector that the accident was caused by an old jeep. Encouraged, Mishri again urges the inspector to find the real culprit and give justice to her Dadi. The inspector agrees and leaves. Later, Vaani discreetly pays the man for lying and warns him to remain silent.

Raghav confronts Vaani about her deception. He questions her motives for making the man lie and insists that hiding the truth is wrong. Just then, Mishri overhears part of their conversation and demands to know what they are keeping from her. As Raghav is about to reveal the truth, a nurse interrupts and informs them that Dadi wants to see Mishri.

Mishri rushes to Dadi’s side and asks who caused the accident. From the ICU bed, Dadi tries to signal that Vaani is responsible. But Mishri misunderstands and assumes Dadi is referring to Raghav. She tells Dadi that Raghav was the one who admitted her to the hospital. Dadi tries to point toward Vaani again but loses consciousness.

Later, Raghav goes into the ICU, determined to come clean. Mishri asks if he understood what Dadi was trying to say. In his imagination, he sees himself confessing and being pushed away by Mishri, who tells him never to come near her again. But in reality, Raghav hides the truth and comforts her instead. Mishri hugs him, unaware of what he is hiding, while Vaani watches jealously and silently walks away.

Raghav offers to get food for Mishri and tells her to stay with Dadi. Outside, Vaani confronts him, warning that hiding the truth could land him in jail. Raghav says he isn’t afraid of jail but is more worried about leaving Mishri alone. Vaani challenges him, asking whether Mishri is just a responsibility or someone more important. As Raghav reflects on her question, they hear Mishri crying out for Dadi.
