Grandma tries to convince Mishri to marry. While Mishri wants to remain with her grandmother to take care of her, Bela insists that she must marry, as women are expected to go to their in-laws’ house after they get married. Meanwhile, Vani impresses Raghav by wearing a saree. She tells him that he has done a lot for her, and she wants to impress him for that reason.
In addition, she recalls meeting a girl who called her “didi” and reminded her of her sister Meenu. Raghav, feeling happy, shares that his family has been united again after a significant problem was resolved today. Kalpana overhears Vani’s conversation with Raghav and opens the door. Bela chooses Mishri as her partner.
In response to Kalpana’s question about wearing a saree, Vani lies, saying she was watching a video and had a project. Kalpana advises her to eat fruit and leave. Raghav confides in Vani that she is lying to her mom and hasn’t even given him her address. Raghav suggests introducing her to his family at his party tomorrow. He flirts with her, lifting her spirits.
Mishri tells Grandma she doesn’t want to leave her, but Grandma insists she wants to see Mishri succeed in her dreams and have a happy family. In the meantime, Shakti threatens to leave the house, but Bela ignores him, concentrating on her plans instead. Grandma assures Mishri she can take care of Grandma after the wedding.
Bela admits she does not know the groom. She admits that the priest accidentally swapped horoscopes, and she took advantage of the mistake. Bela plans for Shakti to marry Mishri if the groom does not show up on the wedding day.
Grandma prays for Raghav to be a suitable match for Mishri and hopes he will whisk her away from the house. Meanwhile, Vani puts together a special dinner for her parents, who are quick to compliment her exceptional cooking skills. However, her father excuses her to answer a phone call during the meal. Taking advantage of the moment, Kalpana presents Vani with a beautiful dress and informs her that they will attend a party tomorrow. Shocked by the news that it is at Sulekha’s house, Vani vents her frustration about their strained relationship because of them. Despite Kalpana’s explanation of wanting to give them a chance, Vani refuses to attend the party.
Parvathi defends Kalpana, saying she felt betrayed and wasn’t wrong when Grandpa thinks he shouldn’t have stopped telling Raghav the truth. He assures her she shouldn’t blame herself. Later, Raghav arranges everything for the party. Ranjith returns and ignores Supriya. Grandma goes to the temple with Mishri, who promises to fulfil her duties after the wedding. Shakti and Bela overhear her wish to meet Raghav before the wedding.
