Raghav and Sakthi engage in a heated altercation, igniting Raghav’s blazer. Parvathi prays for her son’s well-being while Chithra contemplates stirring up chaos in their lives. Mishri rushes to extinguish the flames and removes Raghav’s burning blazer. Simultaneously, she sustains a burn on her hand, which Raghav quickly cools with water. Concerned villagers intervene, urging them to resolve their issues peacefully and explain the situation. Raghav clarifies that he only wishes to protect Mishri from Bela, Sakthi, and Banti. A curious villager questions why Raghav fled from the wedding altar if his intentions were pure. Raghav reveals it was all part of a plan and assures his support in Mishri’s pursuit of independence and her dreams.
Bela questions Raghav’s interference in Mishri’s life in anger. Bela insists Mishri must marry Sakthi and tries to force her to take the wedding vows. She argues that once the wedding is cancelled, Raghav will leave, leaving Mishri alone and ridiculed.
Raghav fondly reminisces about his time spent with Vaani and Mishri’s selfless nature. He confidently announces his decision to marry Mishri, who immediately protests. She expresses concerns about how it will impact Raghav’s life and urges him to leave. Banti interjects, arguing that a woman cannot survive without a man, but Mishri firmly disagrees, asserting her ability to live independently. After the wedding, Mishri’s bidai (farewell) takes place. Raghav opens the car door for her, and they leave together. Bela thinks the wedding might be over, but she plans further trouble. Raghav worries about Vaani, and Mishri assures him she understands his situation and will support him when he tells his family. When Raghav begins telling her about Vaani, Sakthi taunts him, saying he can’t save Mishri. Raghav prepares to fight.
