Dhawal arrives in the episode. Natasha smiles. She falls into his arms. Flowers fly over them. They share a moment. She says thanks for coming. He says he had to go for you. She informs everyone that Dhawal has arrived. He congratulates Pranali.
Natasha says the target is here. Hetal requests you return home. Amrish goes to Amba and says Dhawal is here. Dhawal asks Pranali, “Why are you waiting?” Pranali says no. He says cut the ribbon. Pranali agrees. Amrish stops her and scolds her. Pranali cuts the ribbon.
He says our family women don’t work. It’s my decision. You all have to obey this decision, or else I’ll make you all obey it. Natasha thinks Amrish is overacting. She asks Amrish to keep it low. Pranali says Amrish will die but will not let the clinic open. Amrish says stop provoking Dhawal. Amrish says to let things go as they are.
Natasha says you said you wouldn’t agree, so cover up, or else he will doubt. Don’t get emotional. What are you doing? Amrish says fine. Dhawal says never. Amrish says fine; you want to open the clinic, fine.

She picks up mud and throws it at the clinic board. Everyone is shocked.
Natasha asks Amrish to handle Amba, saying the clinic won’t open. Dhawal tries to stop her, but she insists on cutting the ribbon. Amrish reassures her that he won’t let the clinic fail but drops his phone. Natasha stops Dhawal, tells him not to give in to more sorrow, and encourages them to open the clinic if it will make him happy. Amrish is reminded of how only Hetal and his mother knew about this situation. Natasha apologizes for causing trouble and asks him to understand.
