The episode begins with Shweta worrying about Natasha and attempting to see her. The nurse stops her. Shiva expresses his confusion about the situation. He wonders if Natasha is Dhara’s daughter and questions the identity of Rishita. He believes that Raavi should be with Dev. Dev and Rishita are concerned about the unfolding events. Dev decides to speak with Shiva and lies to him about Rishita, claiming that she suffers from mental instability. He introduces her as a friend’s wife and explains that Natasha is Dhara’s daughter, while Raavi lost her parents during childhood.
Shiva agrees to the explanation but remains unsure about the connection. Suman intervenes and asserts that Rishita is their daughter-in-law and a part of the family, putting an end to the discussion. Shiva leaves, and Gautam arrives at the hospital to meet Dhara. He holds her hand, apologizes, and pleads for her forgiveness, realizing his past mistakes. The emotional scene is accompanied by the song “Mana dil da hi mera hai kasoor…” playing in the background. Rishita arrives at the hospital and sees Shweta with Natasha.
Natasha expresses her love for her mother and asks her not to go anywhere. Shweta reciprocates the love and promises to stay by Natasha’s side. Rishita becomes emotional witnessing their bond. Meanwhile, Chiku also visits Dhara, cries, and urges her to wake up, affirming his unwavering support and love for her. Back at home, the children sit in sorrow, with Chiku assuring them that Dhara is merely sleeping and will recover soon. Shiva and Krish also visit Dhara, talking to her and even requesting her to scold them. Rishita pleads with Shweta to help her gain her rights and requests her to ask Chutki to hug her once.
Shweta agrees to try and embraces Rishita while shedding tears. She then goes to Natasha, and Suman announces that Natasha will be returning home. Shweta and Rishita bring Natasha home, where Prerna warmly welcomes them. Shweta asks Prerna to go inside with them as she cannot join. Rishita performs the Aarti (ritualistic prayer) and welcomes Natasha. Suman hugs Natasha and blesses her, and the kids come forward to meet her. Natasha mentions feeling tired, and Shweta suggests she go and rest. Rishita offers to take her to her room, but Natasha insists on sleeping in Shweta’s room. Rishita reluctantly agrees, and Prerna becomes angry.
Shiva asks about Gautam, and Krish informs him that Gautam does not want to return home. Prerna packs her bags and leaves. Shweta vows to kick her out of the house. Shivank brings Gautam home, who is in a drunken state. Gautam blames himself for the situation, expressing regret for his actions and admitting that he had asked Dhara about money. He berates himself and acknowledges that everyone, including his mother, has done wrong to Dhara.
