The doctor urgently instructs the ward boy to fetch emergency medicine and informs Sagar about Niranjan’s condition. Overcome with fear and frustration, Sagar slaps the doctor. Alisha immediately reprimands him for his behavior. The doctor reveals that the injection is not working, prompting Alisha to order Satish to bring the required medicine at once. A bystander warns Sagar that Niranjan’s life may be at risk if he continues causing chaos at the hospital.
Inside the ward, Niranjan struggles to breathe while Digvijay does his best to stabilize him. Sagar and Neha enter, with Sagar threatening Digvijay and blaming him for his father’s condition. Alisha, alarmed at the tension, calls the police when she overhears Sagar and his friends discussing the possibility of burning down the hospital. Digvijay tries to calmly provide Sagar with an update, but Sagar lashes out in anger. At this moment, Rani intervenes, warning Sagar not to harm her husband.
