As he questions the ward boy about the doctor’s arrival, the gynecologist finally enters and starts examining Rani. Digvijay anxiously explains that Rani is pregnant and pleads with the doctor to save his wife.

The doctor prepares for the sonography, but asks Digvijay to wait outside so she can concentrate. Alone in the corridor, Digvijay begins to realize how much pressure he had put on Rani—especially about her studies and responsibilities. Feeling remorseful, he decides to inform his mother.

Meanwhile, at home, Pinky tells Narayani that guests at the wedding were asking about their family. Just then, Digvijay calls and breaks down, confessing that Rani has fainted and it’s all his fault. He begs Narayani to come to the hospital.

Inside the room, the doctor struggles to find the baby’s heartbeat, and the atmosphere grows tense. Outside, Digvijay is consumed with guilt over how harshly he had treated Rani. At the hospital, Narayani prays for Rani and the unborn child’s safety. Digvijay finds himself standing before the temple idol. In a rare moment of vulnerability, he folds his hands and prays with tears in his eyes. He confesses to God that he has never asked for anything before, but this time he is begging—for Rani to recover and for their child to survive. He admits his mistakes and vows to change and take care of Rani.

Back in the hospital, Rani’s oxygen levels start to drop suddenly. The doctor urgently calls for the senior physician. Narayani begins crying, terrified for her daughter-in-law’s life. Alisha soon arrives and consoles her, promising to get the best medical help possible. Ishaan then runs in and informs Digvijay that the senior doctor has arrived. To everyone’s surprise, it’s Soham leading the case.

Digvijay loses his composure upon seeing Soham and grabs him by the collar, but Soham stays calm. He tells Digvijay to put their differences aside—Rani’s life is more important than their rivalry. Realizing he’s right, Digvijay steps back. Soham immediately starts treatment after reviewing Rani’s reports.

As Alisha tries to comfort Digvijay, he tells her coldly to stay away from him. Pinky intervenes, saying Alisha genuinely cares. Alisha apologizes, but Digvijay, still overwhelmed, asks to be left alone.

Later, as Soham updates the family, Digvijay sits beside Rani’s bed, holding her hand and silently asking for forgiveness. Finally, Rani opens her eyes and sees him there. Relieved, Digvijay promises that everything will be fine now. Narayani asks the doctor about Rani’s condition, and Soham delivers the good news—both Rani and the baby are out of danger.

Soham explains that Rani’s fainting spell was due to a severe hemoglobin deficiency and stress. He advises that Rani must rest completely and avoid college for a few days. Digvijay promises to personally take care of her and ensure she gets proper nutrition and rest.
