After breaking the door, Koyal enters the room. The entire family is shocked, wondering where Sagar went. Koyal says Sagar left, and she asks her mother how Sagar could do such a thing. Mauri says Vedika has done something. Koyal replies that Sagar promised to marry her, but how could he do that? Saraswathi asks Koyal to leave the room, and they leave.

Sagar sits on the couch when Vedika is glad to see the worker. She asks him for a pen, but he replies he is going to the Mandap, so how could he bring the pen? The worker hands Sagar the pen when Sagar asks why he didn’t go to the wedding, and the worker replies that he wasn’t invited; Vedika says she’s sent him the clauses in the car when Sagar replies it’s a contract marriage and he knows how to read them, and Vedika says it details what they must do until their contract is completed.

Vedika declares that all her feelings for him have vanished, to which Sagar responds that she repulses him. Vedika then adds that she harbors even more anger and hatred towards her if he genuinely wants to know the truth. Sagar admits that he shares those same emotions. Moving forward, Vedika mentions that as long as they continue their contract marriage, they will maintain respect for each other without any romantic obligations. Sagar questions what she meant by including a rule in their agreement stating neither of them can use the bathroom for more than seven minutes, with the option for anyone who needs more time to use the shared washroom instead.

The worker informs that Sir has included a clause, and Vedika reads that Miss Sharma will give ten minutes. Sagar mentions they should not keep the lights on during the night, but Vedika explains she cannot sleep in the darkness. This leads to an argument as she insists on trust from Sagar. He then asks for ten rupees, which she gives before signing. Vedika confirms her decision to save her mother, but Sagar also wants to know the reason behind all the tears and problems. After agreeing, he signs the contract and expresses his curiosity about seeing another file.

Sagar is shocked by Vedika’s announcement that the papers are for their divorce. Without hesitation, he takes them from her, assuring her he is not out of his mind. In a rush, Vedika explains that they must return quickly since the police may have already arrived at the house. She mentions that the papers mark when their wishes will come true. Agreeing with her, Sagar signs the documents and hands them back to Vedika, still unable to take his eyes off her as she signs them.

Vedika gives both the files to the peon while staring at Sagar. Sagar says his dream was to sign these papers with her one day, not divorce papers. Vedika replies that even she had thought the same thing. The peon congratulates both of them but then apologizes. Vedika says he should be commended until they do not get a divorce as per the contract. Sagar raises his hand ahead, calling Vedika. Miss Maheshwari shakes his hand while still maintaining control over her emotions.

After getting a call from Inspector Khan, Vedika thanks him before ending the call. Mr Khan asks Vedika what she talked about. Vedika replies that she is working very hard and that they will be freed from this contract very soon. Vedika asks Mr Maheshwari to come, and he says, “After you, Miss Maheshwari.”

As Saraswathi sits furiously, Koyal is visibly emotional. The Pandit Ji eventually asks about their marriage status, to which Koyal confidently responds that it will occur. Meanwhile, Rajeshwari speaks with the commissioner and asks how it can happen in his presence. Digvijay turns to Kamla and inquires if anything has occurred. However, Kamla responds that he has already alerted all his men, but they have been unable to locate Sagar. Koyal then declares that Sagar is responsible for all of this and that she had repeatedly asked him if he genuinely wanted to marry her, to which he had agreed. Fuming angrily, she stands up, calls his words a lie, and accuses him of deceiving her. In a rage, she hits the Kalash, which ends up at the main door.

Saraswathi and Rajeshwari console Koyal that Sagar will return, and Lali reveals that Sagar is standing at Vedika’s door with him. While everyone stands before Vedika, Koyal notices how Sagar holds Vedika’s hand. Rajeshwari and Digvijay are furious with Sagar. Saraswathi also asks if Sagar married Vedika, and when Digvijay asks him what he has done and if he can understand something, he nods while agreeing.

Vedika claims anyone who sees the Mangal Sutur Varnmala would understand, especially after questioning Rajeshwari Mam and Digvijay sir. She apologizes for their formal relationship. Rajeshwari inquires why Sagar chose to marry Vedika, emphasizing that it is not a joking matter. Suphedra questions how Sagar’s marriage was arranged according to his wish. Digvijay adds that Sagar ultimately agreed to marry Vedika. In response, Vedika explains that Sagar consented to learning the truth. Koyal then asks for clarification on what exactly she is referring to.

Vedika says that she is the one who took Sagar from the Mandap, and then he discovers the truth. Saraswathi says Vedika made Sagar believe once again. Sagar says he contemplated giving Vedika another chance because he still loves her even though she is not Jhanvi. Koyal says he called Vedika a fake and a fraud. Then who did it this time? Koyal says that Sagar cannot do it and has to throw Vedika out; Saraswathi agrees, saying they don’t have a place for her in this house.

Rajeshwari tells Sagar to release Vedika and kick her out because their families would disapprove of their marriage. Digvijay concurs, stating that no one would accept it. Rajeshwari then questions why Vedika is still lingering around. In response, Vedika pleads with Dadi not to raise her voice and understand that they are legally married according to Ishwar and the law. She reminds them that if they continue to reject their marriage, she will have no choice but to involve the police. She confidently reminds them that as a capable lawyer, she can file a complaint against them for refusing to accept her husband and their marriage.

It is possible to charge them with mental cruelty according to section 13.1 IA of the Hindu Marriage Act, Vedika explains, and Sagar is also liable for leaving his wife under family pressure. Vedika says Sagar also knows this, so Sagar agrees. Saraswathi says Vedika doesn’t have any shame. Vedika replies that they either accept her as their daughter-in-law or see their son leave the house, as Sagar would have to go to jail.

Vedika says they should consider whether they have accepted the marriage or plan to throw her out. She asks who will do this act, why they are all so silent, and whether this shows they have accepted their marriage. Rajeshwari replies to Vedika’s question about who will prepare for the Grah Pravesh.
