Sagar consoles Saraswathi, saying it is not a matter of concern; Rajeshwari says Saraswathi saw the result of trusting outsiders. She says Padma hurts their desire, and GhatuSham says greed has destroyed everything because this pooja meant much to Saraswathi. In response to Vedika’s question of how they could think like this about her mother, Padma approaches Rajeshwari and claims she did nothing. However, Rajeshwari says the necklace is still in her hands, and she is saying she is innocent.
She mentions her Ishwar is aware of it, but Rajeshwari replies that he knows she is a thief, she snatches the necklace slapping Padma, Kishori lal becomes furious, and Vedika and Sagar rush to stand by her side. When Vedika asks Rajeshwari how she raised her hand to her mother, Rajeshwari replies it’s how thieves should be treated; Padma asks if Vedika trusts her not to steal anything. Vedika says Rajeshwari Maheshwari Maheshwari should answer how she dares raise her hand,
Rajeshwari replies that she should ask her mother first and says she will raise her hand ten times as Padma is a thief. Sagar and Saraswathi stop Rajeshwari when Sagar says it isn’t that Padma stole the necklace while they were sitting in the pooja all that time. Sagar is unrelated to them, so Rajeshwari asks him not to take their side.
According to Rajeshwari, Sagar has studied law and similarly treats criminals. As Rajeshwari points out, ignoring the proof is an idiotic thing. Padma never left the Mansion, but Vedika kept roaming the entire house as if it were her own, asking everyone if she could help. That way, she could steal the necklace very easily.
In response to Vedika’s question, Rajeshwari begins to act on how Vedika kept helping everyone, and she insisted on decorating the room. Sagar is annoyed by this act, and Rajeshwari asks why all this drama is happening and why they need her help when they inform her they have many workers. Rajeshwari says she came to support Saraswathi in the pooja, and Rajeshwari asks Saraswathi about her relationship with her. Saraswathi is stunned when she hears this.
Rajeshwari informs Vedika that it would have been straightforward for her to steal the necklace and put it in her mother’s bag, and Rajeshwari demands that Vedika confess that she robbed her. When Rajeshwari says Vedika doesn’t have any shame, she smiles. Vedika says she laughs at this ridiculous blame, and if she had stolen it, she wouldn’t have put it in her mother’s bag knowing she would look for it in the house, then start checking everyone, Vedika says.
Vedika insists she is not foolish, however Rajeshwari believes she lacks experience. Sagar reassures his grandmother that he trusts Vedika, and Saraswathi also agrees when Sagar suggests that someone else could have planted the necklace in Padma’s bag. Curious, Rajeshwari asks who could do such a thing. Sagar speculates that someone may harbors ill feelings towards Vedika and their family. Digvijay questions if Sagar suspects them, but Sagar denies making any accusations. Suphedra interjects, mentioning they did indeed find the necklace in Padma’s bag, yet he is now behaving disrespectfully towards his father.
According to Suphedra, Saraswathi is not trusting the right people this time. However, Vedika points out that it’s not about being right or wrong. She then mentions that her mother never went to the safe. Rajeshwari says that Vedika had gone to the safe and asks if she did. Vedika remains silent, and Rajeshwari states that she will present proof. Suddenly, the lights turn off, and they all become anxious. Eventually, they see Himat walking away from the projector. Digvijay remarks that she should have considered the consequences before stealing in broad daylight. He also reminds them that CCTV cameras monitor every corner of the house, as their mother had warned them earlier. Despite being thieves, they are inexperienced and easily caught.
Digvijay shows the footage, revealing Vedika’s presence at the safe and her subsequent departure. He questions her about it, to which Vedika clarifies she had a different reason for going there. However, Rajeshwari accuses Vedika of putting the necklace in her mother’s bag after visiting the safe. Sagar claims that the footage must have been manipulated, but Rajeshwari blames Vedika. Saraswathi defends Vedika, stating that she is not capable of such deceit. However, despite seeing it all in the footage, Rajeshwari still refuses to trust them. Sagar attempts to defend Vedika, causing Rajeshwari to become even more enraged.
As Saraswathi explains, her heart says that Vedika cannot do anything of the sort; Rajeshwari says that Saraswathi feels like Vedika is her Jhanvi, and she is a lovely girl; however, Rajeshwari says Saraswathi ruined her life by listening to her heart, so she should use her heart. With Saraswathi, Sagar says his grandmother cannot talk this way,
Rajeshwari responds that Saraswathi is unable to use her mind because she still believes Gautham was murdered. She adds that Saraswathi’s heart and mind can’t accept that her daughters will never return, even though they have been gone for twenty years. Sagar interrupts, asking his Grandmother to stop. Rajeshwari blames her heart and mind for playing a trick on her, stating that they would be living in a poorer society if she had not married Saraswathi to Kamal. Vedika interjects, questioning how Rajeshwari can be so heartless. In response, Rajeshwari asks why she should explain anything to Vedika before slapping her. Sagar rushes to Vedika’s aid while she and Saraswathi are shocked.

The lady officer and the police start torturing the entire family after Sagar requests Saraswathi to listen to her heart for once. Sagar also says that Vedika can do anything.
